I stopped going to the one in North Randall because I started taking blame myself for going. Then bought a house here and the Oakwood store is4 minutes from my house. It seemed better because of the young man and the young woman that is usually there when I do get it! Today I believe I met some throw away from the other store! Nicole T. Your trash, just like these fried hard as you could get them pores of fish. And these cold with a little pored on sauce rib tips! They go well with your trash attitude! IDGAF IF YOUR THE FRANCHISE OWNER OR NOT! Then with the nastiest attitude you answered the phone with I will be right with you but you have two called ahead of me! I AM A DIABETIC YOU IDIOT!

We love B&M’s and try to stop whenever in the Cleveland area. We stopped today around 1:30pm and the customer service and food was the best we’ve ever had at any of the locations. The staff member was super polite and respectful when we ordered even though we placed a huge order. Food was perfectly made for us and nothing was missing. Thank you!!!

Oakwood is my favorite location!! The food is always fresh and done exactly as requested all employees are amazing but these two today has really blown me away!! The service Dyamond provides when answering calls and in person is by far amazing and HUNNY the way Nicole cooked my fish wings and fries!!! She’s definitely one of the best cooks there I never really do reviews but I had to today this company should be very happy to pick these 2 beyond OUTSTANDING!!

The lady is the worst. She’s terrible at remembering orders and is insanely slow. makes you wait 15 minutes on doordash orders when they should already be ready. I was there Friday March 31st. And the customer service was awful. The dark skinned cook, prep, or server was RUDE! Had an attitude because I ask about my order and said, and I quote “it has enough sauce” Next time I’ll call first and see which spot Rell is working at.. I remember when… B and M BBQ was on Hayden Avenue at the CLE EC border. Times have changed but B & M in Oakwood and North Randall still have the best chicken, ribs and spicy polish girls in Greater CLE. The ribs and cakes are very good too. And yes, they have fried fish. Check ’em out. The Oakwood spot is not hard to find next to Ollie’s and Sam’s club.
