Did Purchased full rack wraped in aluminum foil. After arrvial to my home and open id up, meat was red we we could not take it of the bone. Im not a pro smoker but form previous purchases of ribs this one was uncooked. Its a shame.

Came from out of town. Portion for a 3 meat and 2 sides were for a one person. $45 and sides were little cups. Paid $3 extra for brisket which was 4” long and 5 pieces. This was a joke for smokehouse and not worth the money. Cold cornbread served with cold butter.

It was our first time here. Exceptional customer service, especially Nina! She was very friendly & always smiling. And the food, was so delicious the meat was so tender , it melted in your mouth. The Mac & cheese was very good, I wanted to ask for the recipe

Anyone that comes here do not go here. I went here one time. They have servers that are hard of hearing. They cheated me out of a meal. They gave me one large meal and the other one was a small lunch meal. I asked for barbecue chicken, instead I got brisket. Then, on the second meal, they were supposed to give us collard greens, and instead they put beans Repeat it back to be collard greens, and I said yes. If I could give this, no stars I would. Then caught an attitude and said that I should’ve spoke up and told him and corrected him. I can clearly tell that there are people that are not educated enough, to know when to follow instructions when the customer gives you very straight up information. If he wasn’t too busy working on something else and trying to multitask, knowing that he couldn’t handle the order then he shouldn’t have took it. Definitely not coming back. And then had the nerve to charge $54

I usually go to the Bears in Windsor but they always run out of burnt ends, I paced an online order for the South Windsor location and was not disappointed, well worth the drive. I didn’t catch the employees name but they were very nice and friendly. (and pretty cute too )

Bear’s is the best barbecue I have had in a long time! The Texas sausage, Buffalo wings, pulled pork, collard greens, and macaroni & cheese were all magnificent!! The staff was so kind and helpful in helping choose what food to order! What a wonderful place to eat!

Meat was dry and cold, they had no cole slaw or buns (at lunchtime), ordered 2 sides of mac n cheese did not get it. Sauce was mediocre at best (way too much sugar). Extremely disappointed and will never go back.
