A somewhat hidden gem in Charleston. We visited for the first time for lunch and we loved it. Price is about standard and service was fantastic. I wasn’t sure if this restaurant would be kid friendly but we had no issues and our toddler loved it. We will definitely be back.

The Bears Den is BY FAR.. and I cant say BY FAR enough… the best and most consistently good food in Charleston WV hands down. When you get a great meal here you will get it every time you come period. It wont be overcooked one day, fatty the next, raw the next. Without a doubt the most consistently phenomenal food in the city coming from people who eat and support everywhere in Charleston. The most rock solid location if the menu is a fit hands down.
