The restaurant entrance is not facing chain bridge rd. You have to go all the way to the back of the building. While there were still several tables with customers a waiter was standing on chair and using swiffer duster to clean the ceiling fan and ceiling lights. He didn’t clean the chairs after he stepped down. He even put the swifter duster on one of the table and he didn’t clean the table after I took the swiffer duster away. This is really unacceptable. Also another waiter gave my order to my friend. If he doesn’t know whose order it was he should asked. I don’t understand why he just assumed the order was not mine. Unpleasant experience. Not going to visit again.

Late-night experience was disappointing. They started cleaning while we were still eating, which wasn’t pleasant. Cassedia was tasteless, burger and fries overcooked. Friendly server, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for late dinners. Needs menu and chef improvement after 10 pm.

I feel bad I didn’t get pictures of the food, but my friend and I were just chatting up a storm! Nonetheless, I really enjoyed this place. The inside is just so cozy and pretty with soft lighting, candles, and a fireplace. Our server was very nice and helpful. My fried chicken sandwich was really good and the fries were like shoe string “fair fries” – so good! Maybe a little pricey for the style of food, but not terrible. I’m excited to go back and enjoy the patio when the weather is warmer 🙂

My husband and I went here for the first time, off a recommendation from a friend, for dinner last night and the food and service were impeccable! It was a little loud but the atmosphere was great!

All the food we got was delicious! The siracha wings are so tasty. The burger was delicious, medium rare as I asked. The only thing I didn’t like much was the bacon because it is very thin sliced. The corn on the cob is terrific. Draft beer selection is very good. Their hot buttered rum is also tasty.

I’ve only been here twice and I absolutely loved each time. The atmosphere is great the staff is so friendly and helpful. And the food and drinks are amazing. Their grilled wings are the best, the nachos are humongous and tasty and the drinks are STRONG. This is now my go to spot

I visited on a Friday afternoon for a lunch business meeting with a longtime professional service provider. The unique layout of this place directs you to the back of the building for the entrance where some open air seating exists away from the road. I found the call ahead seating process quite easy and worth the call 30 minutes in advance of my requested time for indoors. The hostess graciously greeted me a couple of minutes after I entered and offered seating either in the front or back since I wanted some privacy for my discussion. I found a perfect table at the back (section nearest the road) and was greeted by my server about a minute after I sat. The interior looks clean and well maintained, including a bathroom I saw before leaving. Service throughout my meal was both attentive and cheerful, and pacing of food coming from the kitchen came at appropriate times.
