Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor. Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada. Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community. I love coming to study here. It’s usually such a peaceful atmosphere. I will say yesterday was an exception with them playing loud country music and tons of people in there just being super loud. Usually they play classical music and it’s really peaceful I don’t know what was happening yesterday lol

I have been twice in the last two weeks, got stuck in the drive thru with 2-3 cars in front of me. One time it took 25 minutes from order to get my drink. Today it took 16 minutes. Staff was nice but seem to be severely u set staffed. Won’t be returning to this location.

Standing at the counter for a few minutes. Watched one guy come in and couldn’t get anyone’s attention so he threw his cookie choice back in the display and walked out. There were 2 baristas, one was over zelously standing and the drive up paying no attention to only her last conversation. The second gal saw me and another customer while the driver up gal was doing her thing, this gal notified the other gal she was going to the back and picked up her tray and drink while all but running back to the rear of the store. After a couple minutes I said can I have some coffee here, the drive up barista just snuffed me, I asked the other barista for coffee and she just bit my head off and stated there were other choice places so I should go find another and hastily went back to the rear of the store. Still no coffee. Finally a couple minutes went past and a gentleman with a handicap can to the counter from the back and begrudgingly took my basic order for some French roast which he poured.

I asked for NO MEAT on my breakfast sandwich and they gave me pork sausage. I don’t eat meat, and especially not pig. Why give that as an option if you’re not going to do it? I’m saving YOU money. You guys are idiots and need to treat your workers better because clearly they don’t get paid enough to do their job right. Even though they probably make about as much as I do. Except it I screw up my job, people can get seriously hurt. You guys suck. Side note, before their management attempts to discredit me as a false allegation – our order was under my boyfriend’s name. This group of goofy little old ladies out for breakfast was taking awhile to order. Sam noticed and jumped in. He asked what he could get started for me and apologized for the wait. Got my food and coffee way faster. Very friendly and great customer service! Sam you’re the man!

Door dash delivered to the wrong place which is not B&B fault but I re ordered the same thing and they sent whatever they had available, tasted like chocolate milk frappe, plus was delivered with no straw. Im glad I know which store never to order or go to.
