Our first visit here and it was great! Our server made great recommendations. We got the sampler with potsticker, egg-rolls and crab ragoons. We also got a build your bowl. We highly suggest adding the steak it is so so so good!! Our waiter followed up and asked what we liked best and it the egg rolls for sure! Great staff and great Food!!!

Our waitress Josalee was very kind, explaining how the build-your-own-bowl work and how to navigate the different stations. Food was prepared in full view, was thoroughly cooked. Plenty of options of meats/veggies/sauces to choose from to build your favorite meal. Also delicious dessert, the apple pie rolls are awesome.

On 3/2 around 2pm it was a mess!!! Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Took another 10 minutes to get a waitress to bring the bowls. Then they had the shrimp, steak, or sausage. The waitress informed me that the truck didn’t show up smh. She didn’t even tell us this until we got up to pick our food out. I’m so disappointed I drove across town for nothing and it was my son’s bday

10.16.2024: This was our first visit back in quiet some time and I remember why. The original bowl I was given was dirty (see picture) and there was old rice on the window seal (see picture). My husband prefers to build his own bowl while I prefer ordering off the menu. Overall, the “create you own” experience is unique. You get a bowl and can fill it up with items from a variety bar and take it to the chef to cook up in front of you. Since I ordered from the menu I had a question about a comparison of items on the menu. (“Do you prefer this or that” type of question) He couldn’t answer. When I ordered he also told me I needed to “choose” an item. I pointed out that the menu read out a complete dish. Even if he is new their menu is limited and as a former waitress I can say it would be easy to familiarize yourself with. The waiter was polite but a bit robotic. Our drinks did run empty.
However, my food was excellent. It had a perfect amount of spice and flavor. It was also a huge portion so I wasn’t able to make a dent. I asked for a to go container and the waiter brought back a tiny box. I looked at my bowl of remaining food and asked if he could bring another. There was no way it would all fit. He smiled and said yes. I put half my leftovers in the first container and after waiting ten minutes with him not returning ended up asking another waiter for a box. That waiter was much more polite and brought it right away. I went back and forth between one and two stars but the flavor from my meal saved it.

Great service here and the cheaper, quicker and less formal alternative to hibachi. Just load up a bowl of your favorite veggies, meats and sauces and enjoy yourself.

What a great place. My first time there while visiting family in Lexington Ky and loved the variety of food for making your own bowl and then watching them cook it. Just fascinating. LOVED THIS PLACE and food was delicious. Wish we had one in

Much of the food displayed on the bar was not fresh. Many veggies were noticeably old. Rice had been sitting in the steamer for quite a while. Service was abysmal. No host, servers, or cook to be found for most of our visit- all hiding in the kitchen on their phones. Seats all cracked and a severe lack of deep cleaning for a LONG time. Baseboards, floor, and around basically everything was just covered in nasty grime. This place used to be quite good and fresh, but no more. There must be absolutely no management at this location anymore… if there is, they need to be fired YESTERDAY. Will never be back.

You can build your own meal here and be as healthy or unhealthy as you want. You just add whatever meat and veggies you want to your bowl and watch it get cooked in front of you. Service was prompt and friendly. Really enjoyed our trip here today.

Food is Always Great. Our waiter (James B) was Awesome as well. When we arrived We were immediately seated. Our server came and greeted us with a smile. My boyfriend immediately knew what he was getting however, I was still a little indecisive on what I wanted to order. James B was very patient and checked on me a few times before I decided what I wanted to get. The food was delicious as I was and I tried the egg rolls which were absolutely amazing periodelete amazing. Now, I didn’t like the sauce that came with the egg rolls but there was a different type of sauce that was available on the sauce bar, along with lots of other options I could choose from. I love how they cook the food riding front of you.
