It’s been a while since we have been to The Griddle and we decided to have breakfast. We’ve never been disappointed coming here. Although the Denver Omelette was not on the menu, Gracie, our server brought me a yummy one. I appreciated her attentiveness and a full cup of hot coffee. My wife enjoyed the Coconut Encrusted French Toast with bacon and eggs. We understand they will be moving soon, but fortunately not far away. We will definitely pay them a visit when they do.

OMG! What a great breakfast for the holidays. They had a special of a gingerbread waffle, which my wife ordered. I had the cowboy hash and it was very good. My wife said it was the best waffle she had ever had! The sausage patty was excellent, very good flavor. Our server (Tyler) was outstanding and a very welcome personality in the morning.

We were seated when we arrived. The service was efficient friendly and checked on us. The food is standard Cisco Diner fare and I think the prices are a little high for that. The coffee was a little dissapointing. Tasted like fairly weak folders. My eggs Benedict were poached better today than yesterday. I was hoping for a little more lemon in the sauce. The maple sausage was good. The hash browns were perfectly cooked with crisp edges. I would eat here again. The bathroom was clean.

We went to this location on Saturday morning, and everything was as usual until our server arrived. We had the absolute pleasure of a waitress name RANDI who not only read the breakfast specials with such enthusiasm, but completely elevated our entire experience. Her positive energy was contagious, her recommendations were spot-on, and she made our table feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her attentiveness, warm personality, and upbeat attitude set the tone for a fantastic meal. It’s rare to encounter service that memorable, and she absolutely deserves recognition.

Had a great experience at The Griddle. The place was buzzing, but Abby absolutely owned the floor. She brought really good energy, stayed on top of everything, and handled the rush like a pro. Friendly, attentive, and smooth under pressure. Made the whole meal feel easy and welcoming. Would happily come back just for her vibe alone ✨ ️

It’s a diner atmosphere here. Nothing fancy but fun and quirky. The food is great but don’t expect health food or vegan options. I usually only get one thing on the menu. The huevos ranchero. I usually steer clear of animal products but occasionally eat eggs. I have a family member who loves this place so I make the exception. Oh also nothing as far as I can tell is organic so know it is diner food all the way.

Yum this place was so worth the food coma after. The menu is quite large so it was hard to choose what to order! I ended up going for the savory crepe and omg, it was soooo good. I love hollandaise sauce and the fried crispy hash browns that came with the crepe were also really tasty.
My boyfriend had the gravy train potatoes. He really liked it and it was a good sized portion.
For drinks we had the coffee (which wasn’t that great) and the orange juice (which was out of this world delicious).
We also shared the French toast which was the best I’ve had in a long time. I just loved the egg batter and the fluffyness of the bread. We also had pancakes which were good but tbh I’m more of a French toast gal.
The inside of this space is quite large so we had no issues with waiting for a table. The servers were nice although they did forget a few things! This was still a really yummy experience.
