Good food. If you looking for something different, a different taste, and a different experience, this is your place. Food was well seasoned cornbread was good macaroni and cheese all the works. I gave it a five-star. Atmosphere was a four-star because it’s the kind of place I wouldn’t take my grandmother with the distinct and unique menu. It’s a little bit sexualized but it’s different and it’s a fun place to take a significant other as far as a couple in a relationship. Overall I give this place a five-star The food overall will be a 9.5! Go get it great people great vibe.

Highly recommend this place! I got the 2 meat plate and the price is very affordable. They have kool aid for drinks. The meat was juicy and the cornbread is a good size.

This was the worst bbq I have had in a while. The chicken was as dry as the Iraqi desert, the greens gave straight from a can….no flavor….something your grandma would be ashamed of, and I don’t know what to say about the cornbread…..

BBQ Hub in Killeen really delivered. I ordered the brisket and it was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The ribs were great too — good bite, great seasoning, and plenty of flavor.
Customer service was on point as well. Everyone was courteous, respectful, and made the experience even better.

Well, lemme tell ya ’bout my time at BBQ Hub in Killeen, darlin’. I sauntered on in and got me a Poly Plate, loaded up with some brisket and pork ribs, mac and cheese, fries, and a side of cornbread. Now, hold on to yer hat, ’cause we got a tale to tell ’bout this BBQ feast. The brisket, bless its heart, was a tad on the dry side ’cause they forgot to put that sweet BBQ sauce on the side. But you know what? Don’t fret none, ’cause when I mixed it with that creamy mac and cheese, it danced a two-step in my mouth. That mac and cheese was a li’l plain, I’ll admit, but boy howdy, when I added that brisket, it sang a whole new tune. Now, them fries, honey, they were the real deal. But let me tell ya, the star of the show was them pork ribs! I ain’t jokin’, they were some of the best I’ve had in Killeen. A true Southern delight! I declare, I’m fixin’ to go back to BBQ Hub for them pork ribs alone. So if you’re hankerin’ for a taste of good ol’ Southern BBQ, y’all better head on over to BBQ Hub. It’s a taste of the South that’ll have you comin’ back for more. Bless your heart!

I went in to purchase fried chicken wings plate. Ordered the wings with Mac and cheese, and yams. The macaroni and cheese was very different then it was in the past. This time it was so dry. I always spend good money there including a tip. This is unaccepted and disappointed.

Hands down my favorite bbq I’ve tried in Killeen thus far. Staff was nice and service was quick. Will definitely be back.

Stopped in for the first time after hearing some other people give them the green light.
The atmosphere was nice and the tables and floors were clean. Unlike many BBQ places, there wasn’t that heavy smokey/meaty smell in the air. The black and orange is a nice color combo. Later on why that color color combo.
Food: I only had ribs and sausage with sides of beans and macaroni and cheese. Everything was fine. I like the mac and cheese. It just needed a little pinch of more salt. The baked beans were beans but no meat? And a little thicker than usual. Not bad, just an observation. The ribs were ribs. They did have a nice char. The sausage was a bit dry. Like it had been sitting out for a few hours. Not bad overall.
Service: Was pretty good. The young man greeted me and waiting for me to choose my items. I asked for a sample of the brisket and got the face. Which was okay… The wait was short. I wasn’t able to take a picture of the plate. It fell over in the car. Beans everywhere! But I managed to save the rest and a few beans.
My disclaimer is that BBQ Hub is a play on words. When you read the menu names, you might be like… And then I realized where the name and color combination came from. Anyways, it’s worth a visit.

I had them for the first time yesterday! I was the first to order lol. This was the best bbq I’ve had so far (I haven’t had much bbq the 2 years I’ve been here so I don’t have anything solid to compare to). My first TX bbq introduction was Rudy’s and that left a bad taste, everything was very bland there. Here at BBQ HUB my meal was FULL OF FLAVOR! I had the Solo Dolo with Pork Ribs & Brisket (my favorite meat so far until I try the rest ) and my two sides were yams & Mac n cheese (both perfectly made). I also bought a side of brisket egg rolls but didn’t get to them until the next day because I was so full lol I warmed them up in my air fryer and they were so perfect I did not get her name but the girl working the front counter who took my order displayed a great level of customer service as well. I’ll be back soon! I want those fried pork chops lol
