When I was visiting Tennessee, I was craving Vietnamese pho and decided to try a place with a 4.3 rating. I ended up enjoying the meal very much.
It has a street food–style concept, with three or four food vendors gathered together. After placing your order, you sit at an outdoor table and the food is brought to you. You leave a tip in advance and then wait for your food.
Even though it was outdoors in cold winter weather, it wasn’t too cold because I was sitting under heaters while enjoying a warm bowl of soup.
I wouldn’t recommend it if you prefer dining indoors, but if you’re okay with a street food–style experience, it’s a solid choice.

I must be really stupid. Because I stood outside the restaurant for more than 10 minutes without a single person coming to help me. The place has no instructions on how to order and nobody came to help me. I’d like to ask the owners: Do you have a large enough sales volume that no employee comes to assist me? I think I know the answer. Due to a lack of employee training, many good businesses go bankrupt.

Quick service walk up Vietnamese food located in The Wash. They offer pretty frequent specials that are usually worth trying. Prices seem about right for what you get servings might be a little small if you are super hungry. Focus is on some noodle dishes but don’t sleep on the Vietnamese fried rice when it’s available. The spicy pork noodle I think is the best dish overall if you like a good heat with some savory notes. For dessert the mango sticky rice is delicious and worth the five dollar splurge. I also really like the firm and fried texture they get on their tofu add-ons. Extra protein is usually just two dollars as well which is nice. Call ahead for quick pickup.

The people that work here are so nice and the food is so yummy and nourishing! They are always willing to accommodate, such as with veggie sides.. love the chicken pho and fried rice ! It’s also a super chill vibe to sit at the outdoor tables, including heaters !

I can not say enough good things about East Side Pho. I was sick and just got their chicken pho delivered and it is reviving me. So well-packaged, great portion, awesome flavor — oh, and the mango sticky rice boba is to die for! Truly a 10/10

Mostly gluten free menu if you skip the hoison sauce. Rice noodles and spicy pork were the dish I had. The limeade was delicious. The pho was very spicy for my companion but not for me. They even had boba pearls to add if you wanted. Eat it there on the beautiful patio or take it home to go.

Easily top 3 pho in town. Rich and dense broth. Good portion sizing and very keen to try out more of this menu! Also the spicy pork noodles were on point. Unique and worth a try for sure.

It rained this day, but I enjoyed having the pho. The wontons were delicious, and the entire outdoor eating experience was exactly what I needed after a long day.
