Drove 30 minutes to be here! Amazing food and whole chicken is halal. I have been looking for korean fried chicken, thats halal and got it here. Loved every bit. Tokkboki was good too. I wish the wings had halal options, I would become a regular here ,nevertheless great food!

Ordering process was easy via the app. They have their own rewards system so make sure you’re using the same one to earn and redeem points. The whole chicken is a great option since they cut it up and fry each piece. The food was fresh and everything was packaged neatly to go.

Let me tell you something… these Korean wings are on a different level. Like, seriously. I’ve tried plenty of Korean-style wings from different spots, and bb.q Chicken just walked in, kicked the door down, and claimed a spot in my Top 5 without even trying.
The wings arrived perfectly crispy, and coated in that flavor-packed sauce that hits you with sweet, spicy, crunchy goodness all at the same time. You know that moment when you pause mid-bite to appreciate life? Yeah, that happened. More than once. You can tell they take their wings seriously… and I respect that.
If you’re craving wings that actually deliver on flavor, crunch, and that signature Korean kick, bb.q Chicken East Colonial is absolutely the move.

Disappointed. Something has changed. I used to LOVE ordering from here even when prices are higher than expected. Mostly because the chicken was good and good size pieces. I ordered today after several months out and was really craving it. To my surprise… the chicken wings size is now like “baby chicken wings”. The flavors are there but no way Ill keep paying over 16 for such tiny wings. Before, I couldn’t even see the bottom of the plate. You can see now the difference. It is just another overrated wings chain. Oh, and the sweet potato fries were saggy and hard, like reheated. Sadly

Heck yeah!!! Breading was on point! All worth it. Idk if your night cook is better or you trained up all the cooks but this is what I was expecting definitely worth the money this time! Even with the long unexpected wait, I’m happy with these results very delicious. Great work guys. I’ll be back next time I’m in town for sure!

Thank you for your response I feel as though I been reassured your food will improve in quality. So I’m back!! Just placed an order for rose Ddeok-Bokki with cheese, 8 pc spicy Galbi, onion rings. The order was for pick up and the place is about 40% full so it looks like it’s doing better. Anyway my order was placed for pickup and I was told 20 min at 6:45pm it is now 07:28 and I’m walking out with my food. I like my food warm so I didn’t mind too much but as the wait increased, I became less pleased. Waiting at the for 23 minutes is too long! If you are scared people won’t pay then you should take payment upon ordering. Someone ordered in the line and they told her the wait was 35min. If I was told that I would’ve showed then. Also onion rings were cold there was no honey mustard. So I returned it. I’ll still keep an open mind though for the rest of the experience.

The chicken was still good but I been to the BB.Q. chicken at 3805 north dale blvd Tampa, and the chicken here is trash in comparison. The chicken in Tampa is way crispier, with more breading and more sauce. Orlando needs to stop trying to save money on ingredients and make it authentic Luke the one over at Tampa I was definitely disappointed.
Again food was okay but nothing in comparison to the Tampa bb.q

This place’s chicken is getting worse and worse. The meat is tough, the skin is soggy, and the Soy Garlic flavor has a fishy smell.
The “Cheeseling” doesn’t even have any visible cheese, and it was so hard that my kids couldn’t eat it. When I complained, they told me to bring it back — but should I really have to go all the way back and lose my entire lunchtime? The service is terrible. As a Korean, I’m very concerned that this restaurant is ruining the good image of Korean fried chicken. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, and it seems like they’re not making any effort to improve.

This is a fast-food style, self-service Korean wing spot with genuinely delicious food. The downside is value/portion size. We ordered 6 wings per person for four of us and the total was about $80, and it felt a little light for a full meal. Perfect for an appetizer or snack, but plan to order more if you’re hungry.

Food is delicious and it comes out in a decent amount of time. It’s a fast food type of restaurant, but food is made fresh. Everything we tried was good. Portions are large, so sharing is the best deal. Prices are typical for this area. Parking is a little limited, but not hard. I was pleased with the service. Def recommend it to friends and family.
