Ordered 4 meals along with 2 appetizers. ( two meals were to to-go meals) One meal was missing its side , along with one of our appetizers missing. Waited over 20 minutes for the staff to return before I gestured and asked about the side and politely asked about the other app. I was told they wound bring the side and and 2 meals we ordered to go but told us the kitchen was closed and couldn’t bring us our other app even though the still needed to make us the 2 meals to go. Poor customer service!

We are newer residents to the Deforest area, and BB Jack’s has become a family favorite fixture for us. I have yet to be disappointed in a single meal. Always fantastic food and phenomenal service. ♥️

Go for the fish fry!! The cod was plump and light. Fried shrimp was crunchy and delicious. French onion soup, cheesy potatoes and everything else was outstanding!!

Awesome service and food! The Walleye was delicious! My guest ordered the Blackened and I got the fried. Sometimes Walleye can be “wet”. This was awesome! Huge fillets and very dry and tasty. Highly recommend!

Well we’ve never been let down there until last time the food was ok but the biggest thing was they gave our kids order to someone else so he had to wait until they cooked him another order and you could tell in the quality it was rushed so I felt so bad for him. My order wasn’t correct but they did fix it..I mean it all worked out and it was busy. I just wish even If I had to wait 15 extra minutes for food that the quality was up there where it normally is

I’d like to give 3.5 pentagrams (stars) but really can’t give them 4, because the tacos were sub par. They tasted like plain ground beef with no seasoning. The tortillas chips were extra salty and the salsa tasted like the cheap jar salsa from Aldi. The burger was made well and flavorful as was the Buffalo chicken salad and the service was decent.
