Had lunch at Bayona for the first time on a recent Friday and was very pleasantly surprised. The cafe is unassuming from the outside of the building but once down the hall and at the entry of the restaurant, all that changes. It is spacious yet cozy inside with a very comfortable relaxing vibe. My lunch companions and I tried different menu items: a specialty burger, the salad special, and the 1/2 and 1/2 soup and sandwich. All were beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. Some patrons were dashing in for take-out orders but it was nice for us to sit and relax while enjoying a true treasure of a spot!

Hidden gem located in the north end of the Manchester mill yards. Casual but professional atmosphere that bring the history of the mills all around you. Food is great and reasonably priced. Best falafel wraps I have ever had. It’s a walk in, order, sit down and they bring your food to your table system. Great working lunch spot. Not much in the way of parking.

I work in the same building as the café and I love the food…only big downfall is price. But since this is the only food area in the building they will continue to get my money or I wont be lazy and make my own food…lots of seasoned items definitely not a quick sandwich place. Good food and I feel great after I eat it not like some fast food chain…I think they are on the right path for sure!

The food at Bayona is generally good with a wide range of options. Their flat bread pizzas are great and their burgers are delicious. I highly recommend the southwest burger. It has roasted fresh jalapenos and pairs very well with fresh fruit as a side to cool you down. However, if fruit isn’t your thing the fries are excellent too. They generally have good specials.

The staff at the Bayona are above and beyond. I recently left my charge card in the machine on the counter and at the end of the day it was delivered back to me at my office! How’s that for service! The food is always good, service is fast and the catering is “on the ball”. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am to do business with professionals!

Loved this food. Great quality, generous lunch serving, I had a special order for my sandwich and they got it just right! It was a little tricky to find but worth the effort. I’ll definitely go back.

I have re-visited Bayona, several times after my initial review and the wait time had improve a lot. So with good food, friendly staff and fast service I am adding an additional star for the improvement.

Today’s lunch..Asian Salad with Grilled Shrimp…was poorly executed. The salad was swimming in dressing and the lettuce was limp. The shrimp was not cooked thoroughly. The pita bread – inedible. I couldn’t eat it. Because I was still hungry, I decided to order some cut vegetables (e.g. celery and carrots) and a ready-made antipasto. The celery was limp and the carrots didn’t even appear peeled or washed. The only saving grace…the ham, hummus and cheese in the antipasto were good. Thankfully, I had the foresight to order crackers. I should have just complained to the staff, but I didn’t. I hope this poor quality is not a sign of things to come. Come on Bayona…I know you can do better than that.

We enjoy coming here as a group, everyone orders and pays own check, can accommodate groups of 10+, great variety of healthy food selections. Interesting atmosphere in the mill building, however, horrible parking with tiny, little parking spaces.

Bayona is geared towards the tech workers in the big brick buildings in Manchesters’ millyard, so parking is a chore. It’s located in the bottom floor of the Jefferson Mill and features breakfast and lunch. Great food and a varied menu at a decent price. The restaurant is housed in a beautifully restored space with huge wood beams and lots of granite and brick visible.
