15$ for a packed quart of ice cream. Just a year ago it was 7.99! It went to 9.99 a month or so ago. I get the same quart as always. She says $15 dang dollars!!!!! I said not I only got one!!! she says… oh I’m sorry we recently raised our prices?!?? I think that much of an increase deserves some type of notification to the consumer at the dang door, before purchase, because you’re basically doubling the price. And I would just walked to Raley’s and spent 4$ on basically the same thing!

The employees are great here it used to be my favorite place to go especially during the summer. Last time I went approximately 60 days ago I could get two medium milk shakes for $14 which is expensive but they’re so good. I went a couple days ago and my same order was almost $26 dollars an $8 dollar increase on each shake. So I guess I’ll be getting frosties from now on that is an outrage!!!!

Went in last night 8/09/23 about 30 mins before close. Ice cream was great as per usual and store was nice and clean but customer service was disappointing as the two girls working were so stoned out of their minds, it took them 15 minutes to make 2 banana splits, and they kept forgetting what we ordered.

I LOVE this place. I am so glad there is a location on Lake Blvd now. Everything they have is beyond delicious…the ice cream cakes, ice cream pie, milkshakes (w/banana of course), cones, and cups and everything. Plus, their milkshake sizes are HUUUGE and that’s rad.

Went to Baskin Robbins, walked in with no customers in line. 1 employee in the lobby, 3 behind the counter. Was not greeted by anyone. 1 employee walks passed us. As they continue to ignore the 2 of us standing at the counter, another customer walks in. The employee who just walked passed, comes back, passes us & immediately takes the order of the new person. So Cold Stone got my business tonight.

I have been going to Baskin-Robbins or 31 flavors since I was a child. I love their ice cream it is the best. They’re ice cream cakes are to die for. The only thing I do miss is the French vanilla ice cream they used to make they don’t make it anymore I don’t know why it is or was the best it’s even hard to find in the market I wish they would bring it back to make birthday cakes from. But if you’re ever in ready go to lake boulevard lake and market Street is where the Baskin-Robbins is located here in Redding I’m so glad they brought it back. The people that work for them are friendly and courteous and always greet you with a smile so two thumbs up for me yummy to the tummy with the ice cream
