they are ALWAYS out of one thing or another and most of the staff is rude. i love chocolate malts and they have the best but the last 4 times i been there, they are out of malt or chocolate ice cream or the machine is down. how can a ice cream place be out of chocolate ice cream?

We went in, one girl was waiting on the customers while the other 2 girls were playing music on their phone and dancing, the music was so loud it was very hard to hear,I paid the girl and she said we don’t have any change I told her that was all I had she said you will have to go get change while one of you stayes here ..thats not my problem… this is a business so when I did get back my icecream melted of course .
