This place serves the best buffet in town ,super affordable and full of flavor! The mutton biryani is absolutely delicious, and the chai is a must-try. Great ambiance and friendly vibe. I also loved their chicken 65, fish masala curry, and the peanuts with onions. simple but so good! Definitely worth visiting again.

Absolutely phenomenal and delicious Indian Buffet. If you are a fan of spicy, well-rounded, authentic food and want to not break the bank, this is the place. My hubby and I have been coming for years and absolutely love it. With the recent ownership change and beautiful remodeling, it is even better. Same delicious food, but now the ambiance is more in line with the quality of the food. We love all the updates and don’t mind the slight change in price, which is extremely reasonable compared to the competition. $18.99 for a weekend buffet with multiple goat dishes and multiple seafood dishes is very reasonable. The goat biryani is the absolute best we’ve had anywhere. Also, they bring the spice. We love spicy food and this restaurant hits the spot when it comes to having not just spicy, but flavorful dishes. They have a huge variety of vegetarian and non-veg options. Our favorites are Gobi Manchurian, eggplant curry, vegetable fry, butter chicken, chicken biryani, goat biryani, goat curry, fish fry, shrimp curry, and the various kabobs, and so much more, including their delicious Masala Chai. Weekdays, the buffet is only $14.99, which is a fantastic deal, considering all they include. Highly recommended.

Ahhhh.. My Experience – Truly From My Heart.
I came in with hope, drawn by my friend’s praise for the buffet. But honestly, it didn’t feel worth it. The moment I tasted the food, I knew—nope, this wasn’t it.

The Biryani? Just not my kind of flavor. Maybe some will enjoy it, but to me, it tasted like… nothing. The mutton pieces lacked tenderness, and the chicken—let’s not even go there—shattered and shredded beyond recognition.

Service gets a 4 from me. They did refill the fish appetizer and Mutton Biryani when asked, which I appreciate, even though the taste didn’t improve.

It’s fine. Good-hearted people, no doubt. But the taste? Not for me.
Again, this is just how I felt—and my friend who joined me felt the same.

We bought 3 Haleem portions from Basera at $14.99 each. The lady over call said each portion has 14oz of haleem. When we received the order, we saw the box was half empty. We called the restaurant to let them know we were shorted, instead of a quick easy resolution, the manager challenged us to weigh it as he himself apparently packed them and show them. So below is a clip in a measuring cup with 2 unopened portions next to it( which look even smaller). Each portion was short about 4 oz so in all 12oz less for a full price! As a once loyal customer, this will be the last time we go here. Do a better job considering customer satisfaction as one of your main criteria and pay attention to complaints if you want to be successful in this market.

When I asked for sample to check the taste manager was reluctant to give even a piece of gobi or water chestnut . However I placed the order for veg biriyani as he agreed to give veg biriyani sample and it tasted fine . But once I received the order I realized it was mistake .they only provide small quantity of Raitha and if you ask for more they charge you for it . As you can see veg bririyani hardly had any vegetables in it or gravy . Gobi was pathetic too . Water walnut tasted fine . Will never come back here again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Experience at Basera Grand!

I had an excellent experience at Basera Grand Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. Every dish was prepared perfectly and served hot.

The ambiance is clean, comfortable, and welcoming — perfect for family dinners or special occasions. The staff was very courteous, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed.

Overall, Basera Grand offers great quality food and outstanding service. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be visiting again!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Basera genuinely left me upset, I had a very poor experience at Basera. The food was served cold, which was disappointing to begin with. While the staff were extremely prompt when it came to charging and collecting payment… he literally came running with his payment machine that too before any service was offered, which I have never seen before in a restaurant. Once the bill was settled, there was virtually no attention or follow-up.

It honestly felt like the priority was collecting money rather than ensuring a good dining experience. Basic service standards were not maintained, and the overall experience did not justify the price. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Sadly there in no option of zero or negative rating.

Went for brunch on a weekday
There are good options in buffet as per the cost.We paid 30$ for 2 , including taxes.
Food was okayish.
Chicken biriyani was good.
Mutton curry was salty , and the pieces were not good.
Fried items like , fish fry, ponnugulu, chicken fry were too dry to eat.
Chicken curry was good.
Overall it was good wont complain much, but should add some dessert.
Served suji halwa only as part of desert.

On arrival they gave bottled water, which I appreciate. Continous refill of items and staffs are welcoming.

Last weekend, 02.20.2026, I went to Basera Indian Cuisine with 7 guests. No one liked the food. The service was also very terrible. It took 10 to 15 minutes to wait for naan or rice after serving the veg or chicken curry. One item was served, another was missing, and then there was a long wait. Just kept calling, and I felt awkward in front of guests. All the things there were messed up.

On top of that, for messed-up, terrible service, they charged an 18% gratuity without my approval, and despite my reluctance. I told them in advance that I would tip the waiter. Total tip paid 35%, $41, including cash. I always tip the waiter directly at an Indian restaurant because I’ve heard from several waiters that if the customer pays a tip on the bill by credit card, most Indian restaurants don’t reimburse the waiter.

Additionally, loud noise vulgar item dances from Indian films were distracting children and guests from the conversation. These types of item dances should not be shown on screen in a family restaurant.
