Over the few months, this location has seriously gotten so much better. The servers are friendlier (at least for the most part), it’s kept clean, and the food is tasty.
Chili’s is one of our favorites while we’re driving through Helena these days. And when it comes to scoring a good deal, my husband and I love the 3 for Me menu.
My go-to is the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. I will say, we’ve come here in the past and the food was severely lacking in flavor. If cardboard ever took on a pasta shape, you would’ve been able to order it. The last several times we’ve visited, the food was tasty! I especially love the cheese pulls I get from my loaded potato soup.
If your bad experience made you stray away previously, try again. We’ve been pleasantly surprised.

The food and table service were great, however after being seated, with a baby and highchair we were told wrong table and made to move. Looked around finally saw a manager, who spent the entire hour (plus) sitting at a table chatting with friends. Felt like I couldn’t talk to her because she was too busy. Unfortunate. . We do love how great it has improved and will return. With that said very disappointed in our visit today

We brought in a big group of hungry teenagers, and our server Liz did not miss a beat! The service was fast, the food was piping hot and delicious, and we never went without an empty drink glass. Highly recommend!!

Okay I’m actually pretty impressed by their takeout. They surprisingly were not overcooked and were tasty! The appetizer sampler was fun and had a variety of things to try which I appreciated. If you are craving an easy and standard American meal I would come here.

Haven’t been to Chili’s in a long time. The last time we ate here, it was a disaster with hazmat on board. The food, service and employees just made it not a good experience.
HOWEVER… we’d heard things had changed… and boy howdy did they!! GREAT EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT. We stopped in for dinner and we were blown away.
The staff was smiling! Brian our waiter was spot on. We didn’t sit long before he took our beverage and food order. Food was out quickly, it was hot and kept water and Iced tea full. The shrimp fajitas were excellent!! Complete 360 from last experience! Good job to everyone involved. We’ll be back again!

Nadine the bartender is by far one of the best servers I’ve came across her communication was on point most workers are there just for the money and take no price but this gal u cam tell she takes pride in what she does and thats rare these days if I could give more then 5 stars I would I highly recommend anyone going to chili’s ask for Nadine amd I promise u will get the best service ever

We went for a lunch daye to get the free veteran meal for me! My chicken tenders were hot and crispy! My gfs however, while sauced and we were not expecting “crunchy”.. her tenders were miserably cool. I took a bite and was shocked at the temperature difference. Staff was friendly and attentive!
