Actual silverware and plates were dirty. Appetizers had plastic wrapper pieces in them, some came with hair. BBQ is all baked, all over cooked, I almost feel bad going down the list of everything that was terrible. 1 waitress was actually trying hence 2 stars and Russian music good vines, 2 stars. Other wise it would be three 1 stars.

Food and service were very good. The only negative was the singer with very strong Armenian accent, so everything he sang sounded like Armenian o Middle Eastern motive, irrespective of the language of the song. Female singer was much better.

I am very disappointed in this restaurant, I would not recommend this restaurant any more to anyone. Bunch of CHEATERS and I agree with one star reviews below. This restaurant can not be trusted.
If you do big parties in this restaurant you have to closely watch what is served and count each portions otherwise you will be cheated and blamed that you did not pay enough. Usually in the expensive place you expect honesty and decency. If as a client you are not happy you will be ignored. I do not think they will survive with this kind of attitude. If you order less expensive meal you will be discriminated and iIGNORED. This is the attitude here. Very very disappointed. I asked servers 3 times to fill the table with food and was ignored. No manager came to me and asked if something wrong.
Music is good. Will give 5 stars. Service no stars.

LOVED it!!!! The food was AWESOME(a constant conveyor of DELICIOUSNESS), the service OUTSTANDING(ZERO complaints!), & a very cozy atmosphere, with great prices! We’d lucked out, & the other few tables had canceled(awful for this place, but great for us!), so our party was straight up VIP: entire place to ourselves! HIGHLY recommended it!!!
