Visited this location for the first time today and the service was awesome! William Alexander was such an attentive server. We really appreciate when we have great service these days when everyone is so busy at dinner time. The food was delicious and the margaritas were huge!

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review because the experience I had here was honestly fantastic, and a big part of that was the service. Our server Elexis went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the moment we sat down. She was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, checked in at just the right times, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the level of care and professionalism she showed. She had a great attitude, was friendly and welcoming, and you could tell she genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. It’s rare to come across service that feels both efficient and genuinely warm at the same time, but she balanced both perfectly.
Even when things seemed busy, she stayed positive and made sure everyone at the table felt taken care of. It’s clear she works hard and takes pride in what she does. Experiences like that are the reason people come back to restaurants, and she’s definitely someone who represents the business well.
Just wanted to make sure the hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Great food, great atmosphere, and truly excellent service.

After a very disappointing experience at another new local restaurant, we decided to turn our evening around and give Margarita Island a try based on recommendations from friends. We are so glad we did.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere immediately shifted our mood. The restaurant has a fun, energetic vibe that feels lively without being overwhelming. Even with a good crowd inside, the noise level was comfortable and allowed for easy conversation, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Our waitress, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely personable. After we briefly shared our earlier dining disappointment, she and the bartender, William, truly went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our night was exceptional. Their attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed.
The food was excellent across the board. Every dish was flavorful, served at the perfect temperature, and beautifully presented. You could tell care was taken in both preparation and presentation. The margaritas were equally impressive — refreshing, well-balanced, and definitely not weak. It is clear they take pride in what they serve.
Margarita Island completely redeemed our evening. Between the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service from William and our wonderful waitress, and the outstanding food and drinks, we left highly impressed. We will absolutely be back and would encourage anyone looking for a delicious meal in a lively, enjoyable setting to give them a try.

Extraordinary experience last night! The incredible food (taste and presentation) was only exceeded by FERNANDO as our waiter! He made our birthday celebration so special. Impeccable service and close attention to every detail. 5 star in every aspect of our visit. We will all be going back to try more dishes on their fabulous user friendly electronic menu. Margarita Island just opened yesterday, and we had to check it out! We sat at the bar and were so glad we did—William took excellent care of us. He was friendly, accommodating, and happy to answer any questions or special requests. He truly made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The portions were large and so delicious.
