Enjoyed dinner here for the first time on Friday 2/10/2023, ordered a small Caesar salad (delicious and huge), ordered a small pizza w/sausage, pepperoni, and onion, it was so delicious, the crust was nice and flakey w/a good crunch. MaryJo was the bartender and also our server, she was such a wonderful lady, enjoyed having her take care of me and my friend (she ordered the small Caesar salad and lunch size lasagna (nice portion). Between the service and the food, I will be going back to try other items on their menu. I had interaction with two other lady servers and they both were a delight, very friendly and helpful same at the bartender Mary Jo.

I went to the Bluemound a few months ago and the Alfredo sauce was the best I’ve ever had in my life. It was very creamy and decadent. Then I went back yesterday and it was totally different. More watered down, almost like they got it out of a jar. I’m not sure if they are trying to cut costs or changed chefs? Either way it was a major disappointment. I was even willing to look past the outdated dark decor and ugly/broken bathroom to get good food. People post about liking the garlic bread but it’s really drenched in butter — it’s an artery clogging dish. On the plus side, I tried a bite of the pizza and it’s really good. The server we had was also friendly and responsive. So it’s a mixed bag.

OMG this pizza was so good. I love authentic pizzaria pizza. This was my first time stopping and my mother and I were not disappointed. I would have gave 5 ⭐ but it was $30 something dollars for a medium pizza with sausage pepperoni onion and peppers.

I called ahead to see if I could make reservations, gentleman was rude which instant turn off. I’ve been to the one in South Milwaukee many times over the years w no complaints. I will say South Milwaukee has a better environment & much friendlier all around. The salami in my salad was warm, mushy – not a great start. Garlic bread was good but not fantastic which is my fav part. Lasagna was ok, nothing to write home about. Waitress was just meh & super slow.

I Went to Barbiere’s to celebrate my Sisters Birthday. Our waitress was So kind she couldn’t do enough for us. The food, the Pizza, Garlic bread & yes the Salad were Amazing! We don’t live close but let me tell you it’s worth the drive!

OMG!! It’s probably been 20 years since I’ve eaten here and it’s as good as I remember (maybe even better). Our waitress was amazing too! We had pizza and the amazing garlic bread (with meat sauce). I CANNOT let another 20 years go by!! Glad you haven’t changed!

I grew up nearby and eating here often. I moved back into area few years ago. Order lunch for sister every week. Birthday dinner here this year. Lasagna, garlic bread, pizza and meat sauce can’t be beat. The service is generally EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
