Tempera was very thick batter- not my preference so I would pass on the tempura.
The golden rule in California roll are delicious and generous in size and portion. I suggest the Macki combo great bang for your buck.
The tea they serve is quite weak, but I appreciate that it’s free of charge.

Usually the portion size is much better, but this time there was barely any fish mostly crab stick. The fish also was not fresh.
When I went back to ask and showed previous photos of what it was like, they said we don’t specify the %of fish added.

Affordable sushi and acceptable taste, this place offers a variety of options for any sushi lover. Although the food is not top tier, but the pricing ratio to the taste of the food meets expectations.
Service on the other hand seemed to be a bit lacking as refilling tea was so difficult to call for server as they were busy handling to-go orders. A bit more proactive service towards seated customers would definitely improve to 4 stars and justify better tips, but for now it is a mid 3.
The atmosphere was acceptable with a high 3 and could be better improved if they had ambient music playing in the background to fill the quiet awkwardness. The washroom toilet was in a state which needed repairs as it had trouble flushing. If these points are taken into account and improved, it would go to a high 4.
Overall, a pleasant experience and their takeout offers additional discount on how many hours prior notice.

Big portions and super fresh sushi! The rolls were tasty and well-priced, and the vibe was relaxed and friendly. Great spot if you’re craving sushi without breaking the bank.

The best sushi experience I’ve ever had! The rolls were incredibly fresh and flavorful, with a lot of fish inside and huge portions! Their Philadelphia roll costs only $7 and the size is much bigger compared to other places where you pay more and get less. 10/10 — absolutely worth it! The only thing to note is that they accept cash only, but they mentioned that you can place an order through Uber Eats and they’ll prepare it right away for you to pick up on the spot.

Getting worse.. the house roll always my favorite but now the tuna and salmon super small( slice) … even avocado too!! Disappointed! No more order cause this is the third time i try see if they really cheap on the food!!! Again disappointed ☹️

I would say it’s on par with samurai style sushi. Prices are good and you’re getting your value. Service is definitely very friendly.
I would come back again if I’m in the area. I think it’s pretty decent here. I got the negitoro, salmon nigiri, and ikura nigiri.

I often order takeout from this place because the food is good value for money, and we usually order from here for parties as well.
However, since there has been a short-haired woman working at the cashier, the experience has noticeably declined. Her attitude is rude and unfriendly.
When we ordered three to four party trays, I politely asked for some extra soy sauce. She insisted that what was provided was already enough and refused to give more. I decided not to argue and let it go.
On another visit, I was checking the sushi on my own because the portions didn’t seem quite right (I did not ask the staff about it). She then spoke to me in a dismissive and bossy tone, saying that I “only ordered these items,” as if I had no reason to check. I explained that I was simply checking for myself, but her attitude was still unpleasant and unnecessary.
The food itself is good and reasonably priced, but the service from this cashier really needs improvement, as it affects the overall experience.

Quiet place for a quick sushi fix. Very fresh sashimi slices and good portions for the price. I usually go for take out party trays for their order ahead discounts. But eating in, is just as good!
