Popped in for a light lunch. Got the octopus salad and grilled prawns. The octopus good in slight vinegar sauce with the tomatoes and onions. Grilled prawns were fresh and tasty.
Pretty good value as 14 Euros for both dishes, small beer was 4. Ordering food can be tricky as the owner/order taker doesn’t do much English. It’s basically cafeteria style. There is a small menu behind the counter so options are pretty limited so don’t have to think too much. Also you can just point to what you want (the universal language of food ordering around the world). The huge red carabineros prawns look amazing but pretty steep at 160 euro per kilo. After ordering pay for the food, grab your plate of bread included and go find a table. Drinks ordering is at the back and separate from the food.

Great spot, truly amazing food.
But! I would appreciate men that serve to be friendlier, maybe try to give a smile… and someone to speak English as majority of clients are tourists. No menu or smth explain what we can order.
Other thing, the cleaning of tables and chairs could be better, several of my cloth get dirty with some orange substance there.

Nice, cheap bar with good seafood. Order, pay and collect at bar. One bar for food and second for drinks. Drink in my opinion bit expensive in compare to food – 5€ for large beer.

Slightly expensive but my goodness the food is fresh. Opted for the seafood salad and a side of gambas a la plancha. Washed down with a glass of white wine . Delicious and a great people watching spot. The staff are very nice and possibly the best up in the town

Walked inside as a tourist and none of the staff acknowledge us even though they were looking straight at us. All of the items on the board were 7-9 euros, we ordered 3 items with no drinks and somehow my bill ended up being 43 euros. I had to ask the guy for a copy of the receipt because I wasn’t sure. The octopus was dry and just sitting in vinegar and the rest of the food was mid. Not worth the price (if I was even charged the right amount)

Great seafood place! It is catered to the locals, with fresh seafood and great prices. You can either buy their raciones (dish) for around 7€ each or pay per 100gr on some of the other fish/seafood they have in store. Seems family run and very wholesome!
They do speak English, but maybe not to the level some commenters have expected. When you go to another country you have to be patient and respectful if they don’t speak your language (I don’t understand people who expect this).
Overall the food is some of the best we’ve had in Torremolinos, quality-price to beat!

Fantastic fish bar in centre of Torremolinos with Beer and Wine (no spirits). If you like shellfish and king prawns this is your place.
