The meal was awful. Ordered Ba-Mee Moo Dang – $17. The description is not accurate at all and it tasted terrible. Comes out cold, my friend ordered the same and had it heated, still couldn’t eat it. Also, comes with red onions, scallions, and loads of cilantro that is not in the description. Would never have ordered. Not the only disappointed ones in the group. All left hungry with a terrible aftertaste. Wanted to love it and support a new business. Did have the dumplings and they were good.

Our experience was great. Food was delicious, the crab Rangoons & beef pho were fantastic. Limited wine menu but the Clos du bois is yummy. Jamie our server was friendly and attentive despite being busy. We sat on the porch and enjoyed wine drinking and people watching. Happy first experience, thank you! We’ll be back!

Today I had the worse dining experience I have ever experienced. I was so disappointed because I really had high hopes. I ordered vegan fresh rolls. It took almost 30 minutes to receive 3 small rolls and with the first bite I noticed immediately that there was meat in it. Our server never checked on us to refill our drinks or to see how our food was so it took some time to tell her of the mistake with my order. By the time I did speak with her I had to go as we had already been there an hour and I could not wait for them to remake my food so I left there hungry and very disappointed. My friend who ordered dumplings received them cold and had to ask them to heat them up. They did but barely. She also did not like the noodle bowel she got. She said the noodles were very dry. She only ate a couple of bites of it. The worse part was the customer service. They barely acknowledge there mistakes and did not try to make it right. The only positive thing I can say is that the atmosphere was really nice but that did not make up for the bad service and food.

So disappointed. The dumplings were fantastic, but that’s where it ends. We waited over an hour (we got there when the restaurant was half empty) for our food. Half the rice orders were cold, and we had a completely missing entree! The prices are extremely overpriced for what you get, especially the bulgogi. The pho Bo had a grayish meat in it and was not good. The service was slow, we had to ask multiple time for a single water, missing silverware, and had long wait times just for those simple items. The interior is beautifully done but everything else falls extremely short. We literally left and had to go get food elsewhere after paying nearly $200 for terrible food and service.

The staff was very polite. However, when I ordered take-out a twenty-minute estimated wait took about forty minutes; the restaurant did not look busy, but maybe they had a lot of take-out orders. I ordered the satay bee hoon; it had a very mild flavor, it would be nice if it were more salient. The cha gio spring rolls were decent. It’s a new restaurant, so I’ll try it again after they’re in the swing of things.
