Hands down one of the best Banh Mi Sandwiches I’ve ever had. I got the braised beef pho and tai tea. I will be back for sure. A little more pricey than the shops down in South Sac, but worth the extra money in my opinion. If ever by the Arden Fair Mall you should swing by and pick up some of the best Banh Mi sandwiches in the greater Sacramento area!!! Also the staff is super nice and friendly.

Heard about this place on social media, most definitely not coming back. Ordered BBQ Pork with extra cilantro, was charged $1.00 but only received maybe three stands of cilantro!! The pork tasted weird, didn’t finish the sandwich. The bread was warm and soft. When we walked in the restaurant had a peculiar smell. I’ll stick to my usual place in Elk Grove!

Tired of limp Subway veggies and sandwiches that taste like regret, I wandered into this little gem near Arden Mall — and wow, what a find. The veggies were crisp, the bread perfectly crunchy, and the meat piled high like they were daring me to finish it. I even braved the Vietnamese coffee — not for the faint of heart, but absolutely worth it.
Every bite was a flavor party from start to finish, and the place itself was spotless with super friendly service. Do yourself a favor: break up with your tired old Subway routine and treat yourself to something that actually makes your taste buds happy. You can thank me later.

This place is a vibe!! First of all it smells AMAZING when you walk in. Service is super friendly and chill, and they have the AC nice and cool. It’s so comfy in there! Also have tons of outdoor patio seating. The smoothies are LEGIT. Had the ocean pina colada and it was everything I could want. Refreshing, not too sweet, balanced. Also got a tofu banh mi, with the peanut curry. Not too many veggie options but the tofu is there and the smoothies are excellent.

Discovered it yesterday and I had to go back today to make sure. Delicious options and very well baked baguette. The pho and chicken Satay are my favorites so far but I am sure they are all good. 10/10 ☺️

My mom and I were going out to lunch and were thinking of going to another establishment, but happened to see the sign for Banh mi mi and I haven’t had banh mi for a long time. I convinced my mom to try it out. The signs of sandwiches were very clear regarding what was included per sandwich. I ordered the Special and my mom ordered the chicken satay. My mom does not do spicy food, so I specifically asked for no jalapeños in her sandwich. We both tried our sandwiches and they were delicious, but mom’s sandwich had jalapeños. She had a coughing fit, but recovered from it. I was very disappointed because they didn’t honor my request. I forgot to mention that we ordered their specialty drinks, too. My mom ordered the berry smoothie and I ordered the mango smoothie. They were delicious.
The store was smaller than I thought and the parking was very limited as we parked next door at KFC.
I will visit again, but I think they could do better in honoring specific modifications.

What a nice surprise to find this little place in the Arden Arcade area. Big tasty Vietnamese sandwiches in a crispy and soft baguette and loaded with meat and pickled and fresh vegetables for that authentic taste. Had their crispy pork and it was crispy. Will definitely go back and try their other sandwiches, drinks, and more. Skip the fast food chain junkfoods and try something new. Got to look for it…it’s on the southeast corner of Arden Way and Bell St.

My sister and I tried three bahn mi’s and all were unique! Bang for your buck for sure, plenty of filling and meat in each one. We forgot to ask for no jalepeno and those were spicy but that was on us! If you have your heart set on a smoothie or one of the sides come earlier in the day as they may be sold out by evening. Really thoughtful and cute design inside 🙂 We will be back!

At first I was, “Nah. I already have a banh mi place that I love and it’s so much cheaper.” But then I relented and gave it at try anyways.
And I’m so glad that I did. Because it was sooo different and so tasty. I tried the pho banh mi that comes with the pho broth on the side for dipping and it was pho-nomenal. We also got the crispy pork belly which my favorite cheap place doesn’t have and it also was amazing and crispy.
Also ordered the blue ocean pina colada. Delicious too! It was made with real fruit! In fact, most of their smoothies are made with real fruit as I saw so much fruit prepping behind the counter.
A wonderful unassuming little shop to visit for an elevated banh mi experience. Totally recommend!

We recently tried the new Bahn Mi spot near our house, and overall, it was a pretty good experience! My husband and I ordered the Dac Biet “Special,” & the BBQ pork sandwich. Both were tasty, but we preferred the Special more since the BBQ pork had less meat. We also got the Ocean Pina Colada smoothie, which was alright—nothing to rave about, but refreshing.
We were excited to have a Bahn Mi place closer to home since we usually make the drive to South Sac, so that was a nice bonus. However, we were bummed they ran out of roasted pork an hour after opening, which was what we originally came in to try.
A couple of things they could improve on: it would be helpful to have a clear explanation of what’s in the sandwiches on their menu board. We ended up having to check Yelp to figure out what were in the sandwiches and smoothies.
The shop itself is nice and cozy, with plenty of seating inside, though it seemed there was more outdoor seating available. The staff was super friendly, which added to the positive experience.
They have a lot of pretty interesting sandwiches so we’ll definitely be back to try some other ones in the future!
