Extremely friendly staff and great tea! After the warm greeting, they gave us some info and recommendations, then later only took about less than 2 minutes to make our drinks. So glad they’re available here in Tacoma – we’ll be back!

While the service is excellent and without parallel, some of their staff are quite acrimonious. I nearly got into a fight with one of the staff serving beverage at the Bambu store. She was a petite middle-school-like or dropout-looking girl serving there. While I was not there for beverages that time, but to use the printing service I just paid $25.00 for, she was literally antagonizing me and asking me to leave because they needed the space. I was standing right in front of the printer to collect and arrange my printed pages. She was so adamant to convey to me the fact that the printer was not a service they provided but a third-party contract. Therefore, their customers were priorities, though I am a regular customer of theirs whenever my family comes to visit. Without responding to her antagonization, I moved, collected and arranged my printed pages on the floor of the store. Worst of it all, as I was leaving, I returned the stapler to the male server who gave it to me and suggested that they train their staff to better speak to customers. She overheard my suggestion and arrogantly jumped into the conversation to scream at me: “You can tell me yourself. I am right here,” with the attitude of somebody who was ready to fight me. I ran out of the store with my tail tucked between my legs. That was very rude.

Went here almost 4 years ago and I still remember the way the owner (I believe, or a staff member) was so welcoming and even helped entertain our young child so we could enjoy our desserts. I liked the multiple items we bought, especially the pandan waffles. I look forward to visiting one day again.

Love going here. The drinks are always top-knotch and tasty, and the customer service is very welcoming and warm. The gal that was working there Saturday afternoon (6/17) was so sweet and helpful, she’s always in the front when we go and we always have a great experience. I would highly recommend going here.

1st time here I got the passionfruit milk tea and it was SUPER tart sour with regular sweetness. I couldn’t really enjoy it but I like that they use real fruits. Also tried the macarons from Macadon (seattle) they have a good selection of flavors. I would try another flavor tea again though just to see if it seals the deal.
