We love this restaurant. Bone marrow or chicken fried rice are excellent (you can taste the wok sear). The smoked old fashion, black pearl, and lucky dragon are quality craft cocktails. Hot sour soup and egg drop soup are very flavorful, and the Cantonese Chicken is so flavorful with the right level of spice. The tiger prawn salad roles with peanut sauce are made of quality ingredients and are some of the best we have had. Some news we were told at our last meal…the Longhouse (great sushi) and Bamboo 8 are combining into on space at Ilani. We are excited to frequest the new location…now we have one less restaurant option at Ilani, but deciding what to order off of the combined menu will be tough!!! Well done chef and bar tenders…servers and hostess need to smile more and be a bit more welcoming! If crowded it does get loud with echoing sound…hope the new location resolves the acoustics.

The food was absolutely amazing. Katie was our waitress and she was not only sweet but very professional. We also met our chef Mrs Truc who came personally to check on us and our food. Literally one of the best dining experiences ever!

The food, service, and atmosphere are all nice. However, prices in 2025 are steep (especially compared to just a few years ago) and hours are limited, which is why they lose a star. They are only open for dinner everyday except Mondays and Tuesdays.
With that said – the service was attentive, efficient, and caring. Katie was a wonderful server!
The BBQ Pork Bao for $16.88 was worth dying for! I learned the hard way it was likely made with milk. I’m lactose intolerant and paid for it. That was 100% my fault. I knew it was TOO DELICIOUS!! My son gave it a 10/10 and he says worth every penny. Easy to say when it’s not his money. Lol
The food all had great flavor, but the Mapo tofu for $18.88 was excellent and the rice perfectly cooked.
The Chow Fun Noodle was also good flavor, but was lacking some kind of vegetable besides a little bean sprouts and green onion… and had minimal protein especially for $25.88!
It was nice they had a large plate of sautéed noodles for $10 and a large side portion of chicken breast for $14.
The Deep-fried Bao Buns 6 for $15.88 were very tasty (again likely contains milk and totally my fault for realizing that too late). They were gobbled up and enjoyed!
The ambiance is clean and modern. No restroom inside the restaurant. Would I visit this Vietnamese and Cantonese fare restaurant again? If someone else was paying! Ha. I don’t think inflation has caused food prices to be as steep as they are. The quality is good so if money isn’t an issue or you just won big, go for it!

Pretty good casino food. We visited after they were open 3 days. The ambiance was calm and elegant. The staff was professional and warm. The menu offered a decent selection and the prices were moderate. The rice platter with tofu was so bland, I didn’t feel like wasting any calories forcing myself to eat it. My husband ordered the seafood noodles, which was absolutely delicious. $65 for two meals, an appetizer, and one beer. I would not repeat the experience.

Excited to try this new place in the casino, we came on a Tuesday evening around 6:30, we had only a 10min wait. The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and modern, the menu had a wide selection and contained both Cantonese and Vietnamese food. We started off with the garlic stir fried green beans. The garlic sauce was great but I think the green beans could have been cooked a little more. Then came the entrees, I order the seafood pho and my husband got the black pepper beef. The presentation of both the dishes was nice. The broth to my pho was one of the best I’ve been had, ton of great flavor and not to much salt, I also noticed it didn’t separate like some other broths had before. The noodles seemed fresh and the seafood inside was also not over cooked like I usually experience. My husbands dish was good, the beef being perfectly cooked, he did say it was VERY peppery and the pepper over powered the rest of the dish. The server was helpful in helping us use our momentum points and get the best value along with being attentive throughout our visit. We would for sure come back again. Prices were also very fair for the quality

5 star cocktails! So good! I had the Shanghai Nights , they also have these cool bamboo straws! I got a cocktail to go After dinner as well, it was so tasty, it was a special and beautifully presented. We have not visited this restaurant inside Ilani until tonight, even though we go often, so glad we did! It’s a hidden gem! I feel like it gets overlooked. The food was amazing as well, great presentation and the garlic green beans were fantastic! We will definitely visit again! This is a must try. My only suggestion would be to add chicken as a protein option, I am not a seafood fan.

Hands down best drinks in the whole casino. We love the lamb chops and the soup dumplings for starters and have never had a bad dish there. Staff is friendly and it’s a nice environment for a dinner. It’s tucked away in the casino, so it is quieter than other places so you can actually have a conversation. Worth seeking out.

I’m here at least once a week. It’s the best place in the casino for ambiance, and their entrees are excellent. Besides myself, I see many regulars. Creative cocktails, extensive, curated, high-end stock of liquors. Sleek design and amazingly quiet. The chef is so nice and so talented. They have a large menu and embrace customizations. I don’t rate high unless absolutely deserved.

Cocktails and mocktails are amazing! Crispy ribs were slightly under seasoned. Seafood tofu in claypot was our favorite, with high quality ingredients and balanced flavor!
