The new GM at the Wyoming 28th street location in Michigan was very welcoming and hospitable. My food was hot and fresh. I received great customer service from the other worker as well. I will be going back to that location vs. the other 28th street location.

Biscuits were bricks and chicken was very sad looking. It was soggy AND mostly bone! Not to mention there were some pieces missing. Perhaps some people struggle with counting I guess? Definitely will not be going here again. KFC used to be good. Very disappointing now

Will not be back, ordered online to ensure a timely transaction, upon arrival they said you have to wait 20 min if you want your order. Wait alongside 4 other groups already waiting on their orders. Our fries were overcooked and chewy, boxes were wet and stuck together. Just an overall bad experience.

Since when are slippers a work appropriate shoe? I’ve been servsafe certified when I was in the food industry. She was mad I took a picture and went to tell the manager. I do not care I was waiting for him to say something to me but nope he didn’t. She also had only 1 sock on like seriously. Then I take my family order home and the containers are 1/2 full. Very dissatisfied.

Either the manager doesn’t care about the cleanliness of the dining room, or they were not working the last time we visited an the employees don’t care. Either way it was disgustingly dirty. The type of dirty that has you second guessing each bite of food and you put in your mouth.
There was food crumbs everywhere. And not just small things. Like I could’ve probably swept up a couple orders of potato wedges. And then there were even half pieces of chicken tenders. We were the only patrons in the restaurant and not a single table was wiped down.
This was really bad.

Just dont bother with this place what an absolute joke . I got a bucket and didnt even get a single drumstick then I asked for potatoes and got coslaw …. and too top it off eveything was half full DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!

Went in to eat on a Wednesday night. The food was as expected; tasted fine. Service was good. The woman who waited on us was friendly and welcoming. The dining room however looked like it hadn’t been touched since lunch. Some tables needed wiped off but weren’t bad. But the floor desperately needed swept. Crumbs and trash under all the tables. Otherwise this would have been a very nice KFC.
