Ball Ball was pretty great. Super delicious treats. We visited during the Asian Festival so it was packed and only had the waffles for order, but we’d love to visit any other time to try the rest of their menu.

Fantastic food! Just as authentic as the food in HK. Both egg waffle and tea were awesome!

Such a hidden gem! Atmosphere and decor is very welcoming along with everyone behind the counter. They were very patient with us while it was our first time, and walked us through the options and sizes of everything. We ended up going with one original with banana and one chocolate with peanut butter cups. Both were drizzled with chocolate syrup and powdered sugar before being handed to us. We added a scoop of strawberry ice cream to them and it was the right choice, as they both tasted amazing. Very reasonably priced as well as quick service made the experience even more enjoyable. Not ashamed to admit we went back and got the Hong Kong style for round 2 and we will definitely be back!

Yumm! My fave is the mochi mochi waffle. So delicious and fresh. I also love their egg tarts! Everything is freshly made so it will take a bit because they’re usually busy. But worth the wait! Def recommend if you are in the area.

Love Love Love this place. Favorite part of Asia Plaza. My favorite is the SAY CHEESE Waffle. Get it with extra cheese and bacon. Do not leave without their Iced Hong Kong lemon tea!

What a lovely spot. I ordered the bacon and cheese traditional bubble waffle and iced milk tea! Very unique and welcome combination of flavors.

Delicious! I never knew I needed ball shaped waffles in my life, but I’m happy I found out. We had Hong Kong style which is peanut butter and condensed milk and cookie dough chocolate. Both were light and fluffy, and the flavors came through without being overbearing. Highly recommend for a unique treat.

Does one thing, but does it really well! We did a mochi and a Hong Kong (peanut butter and condensed milk drizzle) waffle, both were great. Crispy on the outside, but nice chew and subtle sweetness. Do yourself a favor and eat them there – they don’t travel/door dash well because then they get soft.

Wonderful!!! My family stopped here while in the area. I got the mochi mochi waffle and I loved the extra chewiness to the sweet delicious waffle. My cousin got the chocolate banana, and it was soooo good! The banana in each little bubble just melted in your mouth and was surrounded with chocolate goodness. I am looking forward to my next trip to try more!

This was my last stop dessert place before heading back to NY. I am surprised I found a Hong Kong style dessert place. Couple years ago, I went to the same plaza and this place wasn’t exist yet. I was glad I swung by the Chinatown the last day in Cleveland. Owners are very friendly. I ordered 2 types of waffle, Portuguese egg tart and milk tea. The Portuguese egg tart was amazing, fresh made and hot (temperature wise). It did burn my tongue. The tarts top can burn a little bit more. Waffles outside of sponge areas are crispy. This is exactly what I am looking for and similar taste when I was in Hong Kong. For the Milk Tea, I felt there is a room for improvement. A little bit of watery taste. Maybe not enough evaporated milk. Overall, I love this place a lot.
