Excellent coffee! Many coffee places are cute but don’t have good coffee. This place is extra cute with amazing coffee. So many cute places to sit with just 2 or many people. Very friendly and super clean, even the bathrooms.

If I could give unlimited stars, I absolutely would! Balanced Coffee Co is hands down the best and most amazing spot in Stillwater. We visited during the last 10 minutes before closing and were still warmly welcomed. The coffee was incredibly professional — we ordered a latte that was perfectly balanced. The space is beautiful, with a variety of seating options to suit any mood. I honestly wish my home was right next to this insanely cool café! Thank you so much, and I wish you all the success in the world.

Balanced has been a consistent and essential spot for me to study and work for the past few years. The atmosphere is very comfortable and there are a lot of plug-in spots for electronics. I love their chai lattes, matcha, and tea. The pastries and breakfast bowls are always fresh and made with care.

Used to go here every day for work and I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have consistently had issues the last 5 times I’ve gone. When I’m paying 6+ dollars for a beverage, I don’t think that’s reasonable.
Today I handed my wife my mocha to make sure it wasn’t just my palate; undrinkably hot. I like spicy food, I get a 5 at cafe 88 for reference. The coffee and chocolate were just impossible to taste. Basically like drinking hot sauce and milk.
Overextracted/tunneled shots pulled leading to super bitter short drinks; entirely depends on what barista you get as to whether or not they do any puck prep.
Often the wait is long even if I’m the first person in line – the barista will either take the entire rest of the line’s orders before starting on any drink, or disappear to the back for an indeterminate period of time, leaving one person to work the whole bar.
Can’t recommend in its current state unfortunately. Great pastries and a spot to buy whole bean though.

Balanced is one of our favorite places in the country to grab an Americano and latte and enjoy a slowdown pace. The coffee is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed yet sophisticated—a wonderful place to study and enjoy conversation.

Been a regular here for the past few years, a really great coffee shop with the best atmosphere you can find in Stillwater. Location downtown is great and love supporting this local business. Coffee is ONYX and always tastes good. Highly recommend!!

The place is very nice and stylish. Perfect for some Instagram pictures. The problem is that it’s always so busy! Almost impossible to find an empty table. Also very limited food options. Just a bit of pastries and sometimes breakfast sandwiches, if they won’t be sold out yet, by the time you there. The coffee is great though and the whole atmosphere is very artistic.

Was pretty shocked that for what appears to try and be a serious coffee place that the barista created what looked and tasted like a latte as opposed to the cappuccino that I ordered.. For coffee people, it’s pretty standard to expect a cappuccino to be 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, and top 1/3 a white, thick, velvety foam.
After ordering a “dry” cappuccino, trying to emphasize the importance of the foam by doing that, I was served, a basic latte, compete with light brown top and minimal layer of foam. When I looked at the sad little cup at the counter that was being handed to me, I asked. “Is this it?” And I was told, that yes, that was a cappuccino. I suspect the barista isn’t trained well. Or maybe they just were too busy to make the cappuccino properly, as making the thick foam does take more time than a latte.
In any case, it was a big disappointment for stopping into a place that has such a restricted coffee menu, that I thought they were serious about knowing how to make basic espresso drinks properly.

Really enjoyed my first visit here at Balanced Coffee Co. The atmosphere is really nice and the prices are on par with most coffee shops. It is a great place to work, study, or meet with a friend. I enjoy that it isn’t too loud, and there are plenty of outlets to plug in for an extended stay. The baristas did a great job engaging with customers at the bar top. I enjoyed a lavender latte with a triple chocolate scone running around $10. This is a great place to go. My only suggestion is pricing on the breakfast bowls. I might have got one, but a pre-made bowl being warmed up for $8 wasn’t worth the cost for me. Other than that, this is a great place!
