The entire staff at this location needs to be revamped!I try to patronize because it’s close,but I’d rather take the drive to another one!I placed an order a few weeks ago and it was horrible!Asked for my sourdough bread to be toasted and they just warned it up and when I brung it to the ladies attention she pretending like she didn’t have a clue!I’m not even sure if the bread was sourdough it was horrible and went in the trash! Reached out CS and no one has reached out sadly!

The coffee was good, though a bit light for my taste. The atmosphere inside was cozy and relaxing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a drink.

Ordered a medium coffee 5 honey, they’re telling me they can’t put it in, I have to put it in my self. It defeats the purpose of going drive thru, I want to be able to drink my coffee while driving. Now I have to pull over, put the honey in my hot coffee, which is ridiculous and risky.

I’ve been going here almost everyday for a couple weeks before work and just the other day they forgot something in my order and I had to drive 16 mins and through a toll booth, making me late to work just to get what I paid for. Now today I get my food, it’s completely disheveled in the bag, cold and my drink was clearly not full, but I wasn’t going to go back and be late to work again. But now, hours later I just noticed there’s a long, black hair in my drink. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Never again. Your money is definitely better spent elsewhere.

I visited here to grab a quick breakfast. Unfortunately my order was never placed in the pickup area for mobile orders, instead was sitting behind the counter for absolutely 0 reason while I stood there wondering what was going on. Whatever. My sandwich was incorrect, had to get it fixed, to which a cold piece of cheese was just thrown on. I gave up at this point. There was a big meeting going on with I’m assuming the owners and some staff which took up a bunch of table space. Kind of odd.

Worst dunkin donuts I have ever been too. Long long long wait everytime i go. and they now say they close at 10pm. Well tonight I placed order on Mobile app at 9:19pm. I was there to pick up my order at 9:22pm and it was dark and not a person was inside the store… drove up to Drive thru and sign on window says they close at 10pm, but agian noone was inside store!!! Mobile app allowed me to order because there hours listed say they close at 10pm. Sign on window says they close at 10pm!!! But yet noone was inside location at 9:19pm. Where were the employees who work until 10pm??!! Lol
