We stopped in on a Friday night for dinner. I would recommend reservations, just to secure your table. It was busy when we went, but there were a few open tables.

The restaurant had a large indoor seating area with a nice bar. The chips and salsa/guacamole were very good. You could tell the guacamole was freshly made. We ordered a variety of tacos and some sides. The presentation was great, came out hot , and was very tasty. The service was good. We will be back and I would recommend this restaurant.

Never go here. Heard great things about this place, it was mid at best. First of all, they sat us by the window and had no heat so we were shivering all dinner. The mood was dark and gloomy. We ordered the dinner for two, The taquitos came out and looked like they were cooked in a fire. The sauce was good but the taquitos itself were bland. The queso dip looked like a cheese pizza and tasted nothing like queso. Was hard as a rock in 5 minutes. The tacos were okay but they were smaller than my pinky. The bathrooms were so dark you need a flashlight to be able to see, they smelled like a farm and had zero toilet paper or paper towels. Terrible experience.

9/21/25: Came here before a symphony concert I wanted to attend. Always saw this place while going to the Grey Ghost around the corner(another great spot, esp for drinks =03) and decided to try this place this time.

Kept it simple since I had a short time limit; I had a basic “chips & dip”(came with 3 types of sauce), and 3 tacos; 2 chicken and 1 shrimp(server recommendation). For the chips, the 3 sauces that came with were 1 sweet, 1 spicy, 1 zesty. Didn’t care for the sweet one, but the other two were good. The tacos were great, although the soft taco wrap they came in instantly broke on the bottom =01. They should def either have a hard shell option or double-up on the wrap. The wrap also felt a bit too small; the toppings were kinda spilling everywhere, but it was still good. More 4.5★ than 5★.

The drink was solid; I got a guava passion(?) margarita, but I don’t think the flavors melded together very well as I expected. While not ‘bad’ or anything, I don’t think I’d get it again.

The server was pretty good; gave recommendations, asked about how I liked the food, and checked on me at regular intervals, despite how busy it was. Always appreciate that kind of service.

Place was good enough that I will return to try a few other things on the menu =03.

Great spot before the game! The queso and short rib taco were the best. The fish taco wasn’t good but they did take it off the bill. We sat on the patio which was a fun vibe.

Not my first time in but came for a quick bite before the Tigers game. It was happy hour (4p) so tacos were $1 off. Had some great shrimp tacos. Husband got the ghost pepper shortrib? tacos and he said they were delicious and spicy. Service was great.

Grab some tasty tacos before a downtown event, or anytime! Love this place. We sat at the bar and ordered the baja shrimp tacos. Small in size but at $4.50 a piece you really can’t do much better than this. Mix and match with other taco styles–chicken, fish, pork, braised short rib and more. A fun atmosphere to hang out, dine, and enjoy a drink from their extensive drink menu. You might want to make a reservation as it can get crowded especially before a game.

Came for the tacos and stayed for Alicia, she was incredible. Friendly, attentive, and clearly knows her craft. She made the best recommendations, kept the vibes fun, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from start to finish. You can tell she loves what she does and it absolutely elevates the whole experience.
