Great experience overall! Great restaurant for small or large gatherings as the restaurant is very spaces and has tons of room. Great service as staff were friendly and accommodating and demonstrate positive energy with customers. Menu provides a huge variety and food was delicious with great proportion sizes. Restaurant itself is beautiful, clean and well kept and is inviting for customers. In a great location and is convenient for out of town visitors staying in nearby hostels. Visited this restaurant with some out of town family and they absolutely loved the entire experience! Highly recommend this great restaurant!

13 Coins is a place full of memories for me. When I was younger, I often drank late at night and this was one of the 24-hour restaurants I used to go to most frequently. I’m sure many people can relate. The food is pretty good, and it’s a great spot to share old memories with friends. Truly a nostalgic place!

Standard American fine dining meets expectations. Their dish Steak David evokes a character from the bible and wonderment which part of himself David sacrificed for the steak. I usually choose filet mignon medium rare, but this dish comes only medium, and though it’s tender, it lacks the beefy aroma and taste a hot grill sears into steak.
The steak, sautéed spinach, housemade hollandaise, and spaghetti arrived perfectly. Portioning the spaghetti by filling then inverting a bowl guarantees consistent portions, but it looks like a goofy upside-down bowl of spaghetti. No matter, it tastes fine.
The stained oak paneling looks classic, but the maître’d set the house lights too dim. Other reviews also complain. Our ten-top needed more diode lanterns.
My major objection to affairs here lays in the ill-gotten lands under Bellevue Place, Bellevue Square, and properties Miller Freeman won after he lobbied for Executive Order 9066 in 1942 to force ethnic Japanese Bellevue farmers off their land and into concentration camps.
The restaurant validates up to 3 hours of parking in the garage under Bellevue Place, but gates open and allow free exit after 8pm anyway.

Amazing Monte Cristo and their Hashbrowns are crunchy on top and cooked to perfection! Service by Yazmin was awesome and the atmosphere is so cool and hip. We sat at the counter top and watched them cook in these big high-back leather chairs, so fun!

Wonderful date night restaurant! Tall booths and cozy lighting lend to a more private seating atmosphere. The table had a candle, adding to the date night feeling. The food was amazing! I highly recommend the vegetable pasta dish, the espresso martini, and the chocolate mousse. My husband greatly enjoyed his steak and cheesecake as well. Friendly staff. No complaints. Would highly recommend!

We chose 13 coins for a private party in a private room celebrating my 30th birthday!
Its hard to find a good setting that fits a large group while still having a great experience and appropriate pricing for what we were looking for.
Michelle the coordinator was thorough and more than accommodating when it came to choosing menu items etc and wanted to make sure everything was the way we wanted!!
When I arrived it was wonderful setting!
We had a cash bar set up and Tyler was our bartender/Host for the evening he was incredible !!!! His attitude energy was literally the best!!! He wanted to make sure my celebration was perfect!!
He made my daughter’s night with cherries and cup tricks!!
The wait staff was friendly and made us laugh in good ways!!
Everything came out very promptly! considering our whole group ordered steak besides a few. Our group was about 30 people!
The food was great!! some of our family don’t eat out much so this was a special treat and they really enjoyed the food and atmosphere!
Would come again!!

I have easten at the location near the airport and it was great compared to this location. I had the fish thinking it would be the next level. I am sad to say it was exceptionally disappointing. It was the consistency of pate and barely resembled a well cooked fish filet. The rest of the meal was okay and for what we paid, I expected much more.

I have never eaten at 13 coins, but I ordered it to be delivered yesterday for the first time. I just wanted to write and tell everyone that I was so impressed with the food. Even being delivered, the fries were warm and crispy. The fried ravioli was such a great deal and incredibly tasty. Super grateful to have stumbled upon this and took a chance on ordering here. I will definitely be ordering regularly.

Absolutely love coming here. Tyler always makes my dinning experience perfect! His personality and energy shines through during every visit. He’s always working hard no matter the circumstances. The food is always good and amazingly cooked. I can tell the cooks take passion in what they do, but what always makes me come back is Tyler. If you decide to visit this location and have Tyler be sure to tip him well. HE DESERVES IT.
