Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The food was great and the people were friendly. Service was good. I didn’t have to wait long for my meal. I waited 7 mins tops. Fast and good food. I went here around 3:18am Friday January 29th. Just wanted to thank all the hard workers hear. You are very much appreciated .

Food is great, but the staff just seemed like they were in too big a hurry. I mean, I appreciate that in a “fast-food” restaurant. But simple requests should be received and fulfilled. I asked for 2 spicy ketchups and 1 regular. They come back with 2 spicy. I ain’t trying to bash the good name of Whataburger tho. Good stuff!

Came in during the lunch rush with family and could see the kitchen packed with everyone hard at work. We highly appreciated the friendly service and helpful attitude we received from when we walked in, to getting our food. We got a very large order and know it can be frustrating, so the positive attitudes and helpful behavior needs to be commended. Thank y’all!

The kitchen looks nasty. The ladies in there were really rude and they gave me 3 tequitos one sausage and one potato I ordered 3 sausage and potato tequitos. Called uo their to let them know I didn’t get what I ordered and they were very rude. Will not be going back.

Terrible customer service. Can feel the hatred radiating from the employees. Extreme toxic environment. Many times this place has messed up my family orders. Whole items completely forgotten from orders to cold wet sloppy burgers. Absolutely pathetic. I’d say 90 percent of mistakes were on purpose for personal amusement. Definitely would not recommend!!!!!!

I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich Combo plain and dry with Two Slices of cheese on the side and a side of ranch. While the staff were very nice, the wait went from the “usual” wait time to an additional 15 minutes because they were waiting on my Spicy Chicken. My food was brought out and missing one slice of cheese so she went back to get the other so that was nice. When I got to my Hotel Room, the chicken was burnt to a crisp…oh and no napkins!!! Overall, I can’t give more than 3 stars.

Pulled up to the drive thru to order a plain cheeseburger and fries and was told “we don’t sell cheeseburgers here” literally thought it was a joke but no. No customer service here, idk if it’s laziness or a complete lack of care but we will not be back.
