Really enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches on croissants. Ordered some bagels to go and enjoyed them later. It was a Saturday so it was kinda busy but the tables and restrooms were clean. The staff was polite. Would choose this next time we’re in town.

I specifically called and asked if they had yellow American cheese again and was told yes ! I ordered it for pick up and when I opened my sandwich it was “white American “ ! I went back in and told them they told me it was yellow they said they apologized and they had cheddar I said that was fine! I waited and one of the ladies said her supervisor said they would not remake the sandwich with cheddar! I will not be back this is unacceptable business practice! Bagels r Us is the best bagel place I’ve found in Jacksonville. I’ve been going here since way back when they didn’t accept credit cards. (They accept them now, no worries!) They have multiple locations now and I’m so happy to see them growing and thriving!

The bagels were good.. felt it was reasonably priced. You could tell they were freshly made and all were warm. The ‘everything bagel’ was delicious! Tried both the regular and apple cinnamon cream cheese.. the apple cinnamon was very good and not too sweet. Service was quick but I wouldnt say friendly.

Decent food. Very annoyed. Couldn’t sub the bagel with CC(3.28 regularly) on the Egg platter for hashbrown(1.78 regularly) they instead wanted me to order an extra side. Woman looked at me funny when i asked. The wife just doesn’t like bagels. Lost a long time customer.
