I’ll start by saying I’ve had 3 previous great experiences here so was completely shocked and extremely frustrated today. I ordered lunch online which a coworker picked up for me. The frappe was made in a regular coffee cup which I’ve never seen before. How am I supposed to drink it like that? The smash I added was completely missing from the order. The sandwich I ordered was on a plain bagel instead of the one I selected and also missing tomato and cucumber. It looked like it was haphazardly thrown together as it was a mess when I opened it. I tried to call and got no answer. So I drove back to the restaurant to try to get my order fixed only to find they were closed 10 minutes before their posted closing time! I guess they were just ready to be done on a Sunday? Absolutely awful customer service, can’t believe I paid $13 for that!

Hours are posted in a conflicting manner. Google says 2pm close, their physical location door says 2pm. The OPEN neon in the window was on, but the flip sign said Closed. If you’re going to take online orders then at least let ToastTab know when you’ll be closed. Not to mention all of the locations were closed early than stated.

First time at Garden st location. Not impressed at all. Everywhere you looked there was out of order signs. No soda, no Expresso. Place is a dump. Bagels, I give them a 2 out of 10. Publix bagels are better. Needless to say will not be back

Seemed to be busy when we came in, with phone orders and patrons. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese, a latte, and smashed browns. Bagels are really fresh and delicious. The cream cheese I ordered was vegetable and it was fantastic. The smashed browns needed a little more salt but was good and fresh. The latte was large and $4. I saw reviews that this place was expensive…really. under two dollars for a bagel with butter a dollar more for cream cheese? Large latte for under five.
