We celebrated my friend’s birthday dinner here. It was quite the experience. The food was GOOD! Tasty and good portions! The staff were all very friendly! They sang a birthday song and had a birthday banner for our friend. They offered to cut the birthday cake for us! They also gave us a printed group photo for each family to bring home! This was unexpected and brought us more joy! The entire experience felt like it was a pre-planned/organized event. Thank you Bag O’Crab for a great celebration!

Our waiter person, Grace, is phenomenal. It was the first time we visit the restaurant and Grace made it very pleasant. The food is very good. We ordered a few appetizers and the portion is bigger than expected. Their Combo seafood boils are very tasty. For the 7 of us we have so much food and yet the bill isn’t even hefty. Will definitely visit again!

Ate here yesterday for Valentine’s Day and the food was delicious! Definitely coming back because not only was the seafood boil delicious but it was such a good price for the amount of food they give you compared to other restaurants. I also found a baby crab each in two of my mussels which I thought was funny.
We also ordered a cup of gumbo. I’m very picky about my gumbo (from Louisiana) but it was actually pretty decent. The roux wasn’t dark enough for me but overall the food was fantastic and our waitress Randi was great. Can’t wait to try more.

Janet was our server and she was very nice, super knowledgeable and gave us nice suggestions.
The restaurant is very spacious and has some fun decor. A robot dropped our food off, which was neat.
We got Combo 3 with the King crab legs and added snow crab legs as well with the Atomic sauce. Highly recommend that sauce, it is a combo of all 3 flavors and you can tell them how spicy you want it. The combo comes with 2 corn, potatoes, sausage and shrimp (head on or off).
Very flavorful and delicious. Fun environment for family, friends, and a casual date night!

Bag O’ Crab is hands down the go to and better than angry crab shack in our opinion. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homie, we didnt wait long to be sat. Our server Jessie was amazing! Truly great, welcoming, nice, and answered any questions we had. The food (chefs kiss) We got a combo and then added more seafood into it, with the atomic sauce (Jessie recommend) and it was perfect! Not to spicey just warm enough to feel the heat but you can still taste the flavor. Definitely will always come back for sure! Food was super quick to come out, delicious, friendly, price is just right for the amount of deliciousness in the bag. Loved it! Thank you so much Jessie for your hospitality! We will be back

The combo #2 was good. I got lemon pepper medium heat (hot). The lemon pepper wings and garlic bread was good as well. Service was great and atmosphere as well. The only bad thing is the robot noise. The robots were cool but they play music everytime they deliver to a table. We had a party of 15 next to us so it constantly kept making noise. Other than that, it’s a must try.

Finally got around to try out this new seafood boil place in Tucson with friends.
Ordered two Combo 1 ($36), and one Combo 2 ($53) for 3 people. Safe to say, this combination is enough for 4 people. The freshness of seafood is not truly there yet, with one of the Combos having shrimps tasting bitter and sour with the heads clearly black in colour.
Had a mixture of Louisiana, Cajun, and Garlic Butter sauce.
The Louisiana, and Cajun sauces were great and paired quite well with the seafood. The sauces could use much lesser oil. The medium and dynamite spice levels were good too. Dynamite has the afterward “kick” in your throat.
I don’t recommend the Garlic Butter as it was way too salty for our liking and had to transfer the seafood to a different plate with the Cajun and Louisiana sauce. It turns out that extra salt was added to the garlic and salted butter.
The bags came out with these robots which will bring the boils to your table and your server will open them for you.
Our server Grace was very friendly and inviting and got her recommendations. The Onion Rings ($7) were fantastic and a definite must have appetiser.
Overall quite expensive and it amounted to $50 per person.
There’s a promotion to get a free appetizer and dessert but our server did not apply that discount when we got our check. Quite disappointing on that even though it was made known to her when ordering.

Stopped by Bag O Crab in Tucson this past Sunday with my daughter while heading home from Phoenix, and we were really impressed. We ordered Combo #2 with 1 lb of snow crab legs, 3/4 lb head-off shrimp, 2 corns, 2 potatoes, and 4 sausage slices in the original Cajun sauce at medium heat — everything was excellent. The seafood was cooked perfectly, flavorful, and very reasonably priced compared to other seafood boil spots in the area.
The wait staff was super friendly and professional, and the restaurant itself was clean and well kept. The food delivery robots were cute (though a bit overkill), but still fun to see. The only minor downside was that the background music was a little louder than my preference. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place we’ll stop at again.

Our waitress was fantastic. Friendly and informative. The food was awesome. We did the king crab Combo #3 and had to some raw oysters. The robot that brings the food out is so fun. We will definitely be back.
