Grab quick lunch with my friends here and it’s not disappointing. We tried so many things because we cannot decide!! They offer so many great combo and afternoon special with good price!!
We got the potstickers which are so juicy inside and crispy outside. The meat is so flavorful and delicious.
We also like the noodles. It’s pretty good portion and the noodles cook al dente. The sauce is light but you can always add soy sauce and chili oil.
The staff is knowledgeable and nice. The service is kinda slow but it still tolerable.
Recommend for quick Chinese lunch break!!

This is fast food, and Not an authentic experience. The “signature” potsticker tastes like they come out of a frozen Trader Joes bag, and the noodles and wantons are overpriced for what they are. The wanton soup was the highlight of my meal, and im pretty sure thats thanks to the msg.
The menu is hard to decipher for first timers. The staff also doesnt know how to explain. Theres no pictures for many of the noodle dishes.

I really wanted to love this new dumpling spot, but it really missed the mark. We ordered the signature noodles and they were bland. The signature dumplings were mostly tasteless, sort of “meh”. The signature potstickers we pretty decent. The one shining spot was the order of crispy wontons. Those we really enjoyed. Now, staff and atmosphere. When we walked in the place was empty. Not a single customer. Also, not a single clean table. Even when we got someone to clean a table, the tabletops are sticky. It makes no sense for a brand new business to have sticky tables. We mentioned it, and the staff just said, they are just like that. We asked for suggestions when ordering and the staff were remarkably unable to describe the dishes. It’s a simple menu and they couldn’t describe the dishes or make a recommendation. Big fail. They need to close the doors, refinish the tables and add the proper varnish. Then educate the staff. Have a tasting with them. Teach them to talk about the food. They are courteous enough, they just don’t have much to work with.

First timer to Bafang Dumpling and we enjoyed our three lunch specials $11 each;#1, #4 and #5. The Bafang Dumplings have pork and cabbage filling. They are steamed. The potstickers have the same ingredients and are pan fried. With beef dry noodles and hot n sour soup were part of our order. Over all we enjoyed our meal and valued it’s pricing

New restaurant in Cypress that has great potstickers and corn soup. I had the 1st combo which was about $12 something. Quite a steal actually! It’s delicious, especially the corn soup. They have frozen packs to sell too.

Just go, don’t wait.
Listen I hate to bring this up but for the longest time Din Tai Fung won my personal award for best beef noodle. Bafang puts that award to shame, with a massive portion and a very very good price. Please come and enjoy your life. You deserve it.

The staff were friendly and informative! Quick service. The wonton soup was good and the Bafang noodles had just the right amount of spice. The potstickers were also good.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and found the prices reasonable and the food delicious. However, since it’s newly opened, it was a bit chaotic, but I think it will improve gradually. Also, the tables in the middle of the restaurant feel too close together, making it feel overcrowded.

Great place to get Taiwanese noodle soup, dumplings, pot stickers and yummy corn chowder. The place was already getting busy but the staff they had kept everyone attended.

The old fashion noodle flavor was a bit on the light side, but over all were very good! Look at the postickers, nicely done ! Keep the food quality, consistency is very important.
