Small Town atmosphere with amazing food. The Friday and Saturday night specials are priced well and come with soup and salad bar. They have a buffet on Sundays starting at 11am.
Billies is the only place in town for a steak. Others try but can’t come close to the quality and price. The Fri fish fry is always a local favorite. I highly recommend this place.

I was there with a party of six to eat on a Monday evening after a day of hiking. The menu was simple, mainly burgers and pizza. The burgers are substantial and perfectly done. Prices were very reasonable. Dh and I each had mushroom and Swiss burgers, an order of deep-fried cheese curds and onion rings and 3 drinks for $24. Atmosphere is typical “up north bar and grill”, clean but nothing to make it stand-out. The bartender/waiter was friendly and personable, contributing to a pleasant evening meal.

Holy cow, talk about one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Fresh meat from the local butcher shop, burger done to perfection. My sister loves medium rare and it was perfect. I prefer medium and it too, was spot on. We made sure to spread the word to our friends from Chippewa Falls.

We are in town for work this week and we’re just looking for a great neighborhood bar and Neighborhood Restaurant. The badger hole was fantastic! The bartender was as nice as could be, as was the kitchen person who brought out her food. All of the other customers at the bar were sitting socially distanced but also having a great time talking and laughing together. They included The Strangers Like We were Neighbors. Our food was really good, especially the buffalo wings, and the portions were enormous. Are total tab was quite affordable. Parking is very convenient. This is definitely a great place to go midweek or weekend. Plenty of sports on TV, great music.

Stopped In for some food today on my lunch break…amazing food..awesome service! The bartender justice has an amazing personality and even remade a drink for an unsatisfied customer!
