Absolutely terrible place ordered delivery through Subway app five seconds after I placed my order. It was marked that it was delivered at 7:15. I placed my order at seven so there was no reason why it should’ve been marked delivered on top of that I got a notification saying that my order was canceled through DoorDash because this store was closed and I never received my food but the $35 that I had spent was still took out of my account. I have called the store multiple times contacted Subway® and still two weeks later have not received a refund nor talk to an actual person to get a refund all I have received are three tell us how we did are you satisfied with your visit emails when my issue has not been resolved whatsoever no corporate number to even talk to. I have called the store that I had ordered from multiple times and they just end up hanging up the phone I will never ever go back to the store ever again and I hope that no one else goes there either.

Ordered just today and they sent the dasher with only 2/6 of my items. Dasher was super sweet though and explained how THEY said that was the whole order. I paid a grand total of 50, $30, plus the fees a tip they didn’t give me a choice on. This pisses me off.

Worst Subway in the area. I avoided it for a while because, at one point, they were refusing to accept any coupons. Just gave them another chance. Barely anything on my wrap and they left it COLD. It was a steak wrap!!! I will not return to this location. Corporate Subway should do something about this.

This is the only franchise i know that depends which location elects not to take coupons when they are sent to your house. Makes no since to me but while you still have half decent subs you better watch out because Jersey Mike’s are on your heels to take all your business

There was no one else in the store. A co worker and myself went there to grab lunch. He ordered a sweet teriyaki sandwich, when it came time for the sauce she just grabbed Chipotle and put it in and when we said something she had an attitude. I mean why would you order that sandwich and use something else. And as far as toppings she only put 4 pickles on a 12 inch, had to ask for more. I will not revisit this location again.

Terrible service! It’s pretty bad when subway sends BOGO coupons through the mail and when you go in to order at this location not knowing they don’t honor coupons in which it would of helped to have known about this before she made the sandwiches but no I go to pay and hand her the coupon and she wouldn’t accept it. When I asked to speak to the manager she was very rude saying I should of told her about the coupon when I came in and I said I shouldn’t have to tell her and that there should be something saying they don’t accept coupons. Needless to say I left and all that food was wasted because they fail to communicate to customers.
