You can see right into the back to see how busy they are and how hard they work. The food is great, would recommend to eat the pizza there. The turkey salad was surprisingly amazing! I would know what you want before going up to the counter, they have a tendency to hurry you along.

This is the first time at this location. This location is only a few minutes down the road from my house and I have never been here. I have been at the other dine in locations, and the food had always been great so I figured that I would try this location today for lunch. We got the barbecue nachos which is absolutely fantastic, and we also got the brisket with mac & cheese and potato salad. And mac & cheese is hot and cheesy, Great flavor, the potato salad is really good as well, I wish I would’ve come to this location sooner. Highly recommend! I will be back regularly at this location

Went to the location on Groesbeck and ordered take out. They only do take out. This is not a sit down restaurant. The food was worth every penny. Ordered full slab of ribs, side of mac, corn bread, and 1/2pit beans 1/2 potato salad. And grabbed some fresh lemonade. Take out order took about 20 minutes. Next time I’ll order ahead. Everything was so good. 100% recommend.

I was greeted upon my entry of the building. Members of your staff not only checked on me but everyone else in the lobby to make sure everything was going smoothly.
As usual the food was amazing!! Keep up the great job!
It appears my last time at this restaurant was 2020. I looked forward to the experience a second time. The greens had a different spin with black-eyed peas and a strong vinegar presence I believe in them but the were definitely good. The ribs were very tender and the smoked flavor was amazing. I had the sweet and spicy dipping sauces. The spicy was my favorite of the two. I came in and an ongoing conversation lead the cashier to tell me , and by tell me I mean non-verbal communication, I had to wait for the conversation to conclude. It must have been important and I will respect that. Again great job on the food.

We did a catering carry-out order for my son’s birthday and did the pickup at the Clinton Twp (16 mile Gros.) location. We frequent this location every other week for BBQ Thursday nights and along with this Birthday Catering event – the food was great, on time, HOT, absolutely delicious. The ordering process was easy and everything was packaged so easily for transport. Great job to the 16 mile Clinton Twp location staff!

We typically get bbq from here maybe three times a month. This last year or so things have changed. The bbq sauce (321) is so watery in consistency, it was never a super thick sauce but now it just runs everywhere. The ribs I stopped ordering as they were dry and were not meaty(Shelby) . I typically would order the side (4 bones?) but after sending them back two times to get fresh ribs I just stopped ordering them. The coleslaw has changed so much I could care less if I get it anymore. Used to be my fav coleslaw out there. If the burnt ends order gets any smaller they may as well just serve it rolled up in a piece of foil. The last 4 times the two of us about fought over the order.
We then ordered two orders to go. Will not do that again $$$. In fact we just learned to make our own
that we enjoy just as much. The Mickey just is not that good anymore. The sauces are just too runny. Our other fave the nachos are yummy although the amount of cheese and chicken can vary. Hope they take a good long look and make a few adjustments. One can only hope. This experience happens even at the Shelby location.

All around 5 stars for this team! Ordered for our catered lunch and it was a superb choice. If you want to feed your family or the office Bad Brad’s BBQ is a fan favorite. I am still hearing how good the food was. Thank you Bad Brad’s, for the on time delivery, great food, and great service.
They have amazing customer service. If you need to call and make changes (like me) they are more than happy to accommodate and make sure your event is amazing.

This was my first visit and my food was delicious although I feel like it was pricey. When I placed my order for the rib dinner, the cashier said that I had to pay extra for the sides, but the menu said that the meal came with two sides. Once she entered it in the system, she saw that I did not have to pay extra. I specifically asked for the sweet and 3 2 1 sauces, but they gave me spicy instead of 3 2 1. I was very disappointed and I tried to tolerate it, but it was too hot. What a way to destroy someone’s meal.
