I stopped by here while passing through Cleveland. I ordered a Black Jack Chicken sandwich. It was pretty good, but it was warm and not hot. My fries were piping hot, so I’m assuming the sandwich was made before the fries were dropped. I also had a chocolate shake and it wasn’t good. It was almost white in color and tasted more like a vanilla shake with a hint of chocolate in it. It’s worth noting that the employees were awesome and great at their jobs. I’d definitely return if I’m back in the area.

Backyard Burgers in Cleveland, Ms has a great product and stellar customer service and this is what keeps this eatery afloat. There were only two employees working and they were efficient and friendly. Although I had to wait for a wild Turkey low carb burger and a regular wild Turkey burger, the staff made sure to continuously let me know what the status of my order was. It was a delicious low carb burger. And I was given a cobbler pie for my patient wait.

Service was terrible. All she had to do was listen. I had to repeat my simple order 3 times. Picnic burger with Mayo only and seasoned fries. Burger was fully loaded and fries weren’t even room temperature. so long BYB. You USED to be something to rave about.

I like going to backyard burgers.. Friendly service.. Just this time i ordered a Blacken Chicken combo.. And when i reach my destination open the bag it was a bacon cheeseburger combo.. So i had to take all the bacon off just to eat the burger.. Next time check by order b4 i leave

Nobody there inside. 3 cars in drive thru Took forever just to get the bag with our burgers She told me we were waiting on the fries (one order of chili cheese fries and one order of seasoned fries) Waited another 13 minutes for the fries The girl handing them to me could have cared less how long I waited Went straight home maybe 2 miles and fries were cold when I got home and if course the burgers were definitely already cold. Very disappointed Almost lost my car in one of the bikes in the driveway/parking lot. Very sad that this is where BYB all started and this is what we have

Used to be a hopping place! A little run down now but a nice, friendly staff. We caught them trying to handle a big take out order. Our food was ok, but not like a few years ago. Not like a backyard burger patty …seemed like a cafeteria type patty. Could have been a off day. I’ll try again next time I’m in Cleveland…
