Bacio di Latte was born in 2011 from Edoardo and Luigi’s passion for gelato, and their desire to share it with the rest of the world. The two brothers set out from their home town Milan, and drove across Italy to dive into the secrets of traditional Italian gelato recipes. During this trip they discovered the most incredible traditional recipes and raw materials and took them on their travels. Bacio di Latte brings these delights to its customers cones in the most genuine way…by producing gelato in front of their very eyes, respecting the ancient traditions of this wonderful art. This is what we think about quality! We’ve always been this way, and we’ll never change. Enjoy your gelato!

Food: The gelato is creamy, smooth, sweet, and delicious. The add ins to the gelato are top quality and it comes through in the offerings. The gelatos at this location were very well presented and were delicious (Strawberry Cheesecake and the Dubai Chocolate were great).
Service: Service was friendly and fast in preparing my order. I was offered free samples of the different gelatos. There was a difference in the servings we were served though.
Ambiance: The shop has a very classy, upscale look, extremely clean. The ambiance has an Italian/southern France style. No real outdoor seating but the Waterside is a great shopping plaza to enjoy you gelato at.
For this visit, I chose one of their new specials, which was the Buttercream & Pretzel and combined that with Salted Caramel. I thought both were fantastic and I would definitely get both of them again. They have many different types of fruitier and more chocolatey options so next time I’m gonna try something completely different. I would highly recommend and will be back many times.
All other flavors are good. I just wish they have some less sweet, less milk-oriented and more refreshing options like the one offered from Jeni’s or Saffron and Rose. I would love to see some lavender, saffron or white rose water flavor (knowing they are not typical gelato flavors lol).
Regardless, I signed up for their rewards program. Looking forward to more delicious days to come 🙂
It’s great that they open till pretty late that I can simply stop by for late night craving. The store here is also so nicely designed and flawlessly delivering that cute neighborhood gelato cafe vibes.
You’re able to sample as much flavors as you want prior to make decisions which is always extra points for indecisive me when it comes to flavor-pick. The attendant is super patient and helpful, not even giving that rushing attitude.
I’ve been a fan of their 3 chocolate, Gianduja, Pistachio, and Chocolate Peanut Butter; and now recently blown away by their Matcha Pistachio. Great quality ingredients and strongly standout flavors!
