This review would be ZERO stars if I could give a zero. I arrived just before 2:30 today, no other customers were in the store. No one was at the counter, so I waited. A few minutes later a guy came from the back. I said “I would like a cheese pizza”, and he got one that was already made and in sitting in the “hot box” or whatever you call them where they put pizzas to keep them hot. I paid for it, and left and went home. I was horrified to see what I saw when I opened the box at home… it was unbelievable. It looked old and was lop sided. One side was flat and thin, the other side was thick like it should be. It didn’t look like there was hardly any cheese on it at all, and what was there looked to be a little over cooked. The pizza was so paper thin, and in one picture I have submitted, you can even see the light through it because it was so thin. Also, the slices were all different sizes. What a waste of time and money. I didn’t eat it so I don’t know how it tasted. When this location first opened, it was awesome. Perfect pizza. Not anymore. I just don’t understand why the owner doesn’t train these people that work there that this is unacceptable. Maybe they do, but the workers obviously don’t care. Who knows. I’m just very disappointed and I don’t plan to go back.

A couple months ago I had one of the most disappointing box openings of my recent adult life. So much so that I felt the need to alert the authorities through the proper channels to ensure my experience wouldn’t become somebody else’s truth.

It took me a little while to recover from the disappointment, but as sure as the world spins, life does go on. The sun began to shine a little brighter and the air lost its chill and I began to enjoy the small things once more.

Then one day out of the clear blue while I was getting swol at the gym, I received a phone call from a number I didn’t recognize. Assuming it was just another telemarketer I ignored the call, but much to my dismay the caller left a message.

And this message changed the course of my destiny. It was the owner of the Little Caesars above. He had acknowledged my concern for the well being of future customers and sympathized with my pain and suffering and was on a mission to make it right.

That acknowledgement was all I needed to feel heard and appreciated as a customer, but he went the extra mile and provided a replacement box packed with maximum satisfaction and excitement.

My life since 1 hour ago has forever changed for the better. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I would 100% recommend this place.

Go there and spend all your money and or food stamps.

Ordered ahead and picked up on 7/17 around 5pm. Pepperoni pizza was good, same as usual, our cheese pizza wasn’t cooked. The top cheese appeared cooked but was pale and crust was still very soft. When we pulled the cheese back, there was shredded cheese, not melted at all. Disappointed as we had to cook the pizza in the oven for my kids to eat it. Defeated the purpose of buying a take out pizza.

I normally do little Caesars pizza for a cheap lunch and I expect it to be pretty average. But my experience today was fantastic! My pizza was hot and fresh, plenty of toppings, and the service was fast and friendly. The place looked pretty clean and organized and the parking lot was fine too. Good job.

We’ve been to this location about 3 times.
The first time the pizza was hot fresh and delicious. Sadly this was the only time the pizza would be good.
The next time I ordered 2 pizzas to take to my daughter at school. When she got it, I received a text from her saying the pizzas, both of them, were not cut. So my daughter had to use a plastic knife from school to cut the pizza.
The 3rd, which may be the last, my son got pizza around 9:20 at night. When he brought it home it was completely cold and looked like it’d been sitting out for a couple hours. I understand it was late but we still pay the same price for the pizza so I expect he same quality.
So disappointing. I was excited for Little Caesar’s to be so close but I may have to drive an extra 5 or so minutes to go to another location.

We had a disappointing experience at this location. We were told the wait for a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizza would be about 7 minutes, but it ended up taking over 25 minutes. The service felt average at best, and the staff didn’t come across as friendly or welcoming. The front counter had an empty coffee cup and wadded-up trash just sitting there, which made the place feel unkempt.

When we ordered the Detroit-style squares, we weren’t offered the $2.50 add-on for sauce and a drink. Once we realized and asked about it, we were told we couldn’t get the deal anymore and would have to buy a 20 oz soda separately for $3.24, plus pay extra for the sauce. Very frustrating and disappointing. This location definitely needs improvement in both customer service and cleanliness.

Even the fresh to order pizza here tastes like a hot and ready that’s dried out and has no pizza sauce. Three times in a row I’ve had the same experience. I’ve always been a fan of little Caesar’s but I really don’t want to eat here any more. I wish you guys had never changed. I might have to cover up my little Caesar’s tattoo!

This is by far THE WORST Little Caesars ive ever been to. I work in construction so I’m always going to different ones. This one is right next to my construction site and it’s 1205 on a Monday and they have nothing not and.ready besides bread sticks, I’ve been here 5 times in the last 2 weeks and nothing changes. Nothing but bread sticks everything is a wait, then when they make something it’s either burnt or they forget the seasoning on the Italian cheese bread. I can tell other customers are just as annoyed as me

First time coming to this location and the young guy with light brown short curly hair (no name tag) was extremely rude to me. Not once did he look up at me nor did he speak to me, aside from telling me the total. I was the only one in the store and it didn’t seem busy. I even said thank you to him twice, and he said absolutely nothing back. The food was good, but no one deserves to walk into any establishment and be treated that way. It’s 2025. Be nice to everyone, especially when they are nice to you, or do something else not customer facing.

Order two pizzas and bread sticks. I was told it would be ready by 8:00pm. Arrived to pick it up at 8:00pm, when I walked into the store there was 5 customers all standing there waiting. It appeared that they were behind on their orders. The employees seemed to be hiding in the back, no one would come up front for customers to talk to. But you could hear them back there goofing off and laughing. A customer would yell out to them to get their attention and they just ignored them. Finally an employee would walk up with an order and hand it off. But that employee would then go to the back room again without speaking to any customers explaining why they were 30 mins behind. I finally spoke to an employee who told me one pizza was ready but my other one was just put in the oven. After 40 mins past my original pick up time I received my two pizzas. I was told that I wouldn’t be getting the bread sticks because it would be a longer wait. So they gave me those pizza cheese puff things instead. My daughter only likes the bread sticks and that’s why I ordered them. So in the end I received my pizzas 40 mins late, one pizza was cold due to sitting out on a counter while they cooked my second pizza. I didn’t receive the break sticks I ordered specifically for my daughter, but got cheese puffs instead that no one wanted. The thing that pissed me off the most was the lack of communication. Seemed like the employees were just hiding in the back and goofing off. I didn’t see a bunch of pizzas leaving so it didn’t make sense why they were so behind. Makes me think they were goofing off.
