Ordered a pizza for pickup. Was ready quickly, hot and fresh, with a good number of pepperonis. The pizza portal is very convenient and easy to use, made the whole experience quick and pleasant. My only complaint would be that the crust was a bit thin and dry, and it could have used more sauce. But for a $7 pizza (which I only payed $4 for), you can’t expect fine dining. With a price hard to beat, and regular deals from T-Mobile, Little Ceasars is definitely a go-to for me when I’m craving pizza.

I would like to start off and say, im a hard customer to please. And the staff ROCKED IT!!!! I am very very pleased, they were all so kind and personal with me and other customers. i asked for a special order, a uncut pizza, with the word “HOCO” on it because im asking a guy out to homecoming. The guy who helped me was willing to do everything i asked, and he was so nice about it!! 10/10!!

Nobody goes to Little Caesars because they’re looking for gourmet pizza, you go because you want Little Caesars pizza, and this place provides exactly what I expect. However, I have yet to actually get all of the items I ordered here, so despite the amazing convenience offered by the concept of the self-service pizza portal, it’s negated by the fact that employees here don’t actually load the portal with what I’m supposed to be getting. I’m tired of paying for stuff that I don’t get, so I’ll be going somewhere else for my junk food fix in the future.

This place was absolutely garbage. My friends and I ordered pizza here for nice and quick pizza. Only for the pizza to say it would take over 40 minutes to get to us, so we waited only to see the time was extended by another 40 minutes. We then called and told both the little Caesars itself and the delivery service only for both to be completely useless and tell us they could do nothing about it and to call them back. So we did 20 minutes later (we are now at an hour) and they say that the order is still there and hasn’t even been picked up yet. We then obviously mad, asked for some sort of compensation because of this whole thing and they said they could only void the order which means cancel the order all together and get a refund, but we were still hungry so we just chose to wait an additional 30 minutes before our food got to us. By then, we could already tell they missed the crazy bread and when we opened the pizza we saw it was not only cold, but completly messed up AND there was hair in it. Then we called and they finally gave us a refund because the crazy bread was missing. How the actual hell is this place still running, go to every other pizza place because this place could care less about you.

The pizza was good. The line was slow only one person helping take orders. They asked if I would like crazy bread. I said I would like to try the crazy bread with cheese. They didn’t have any. So I took regular crazy bread. It was super greasy, and just a messed up clump. I tried to call and let them know but no one answered the phone. I wouldn’t reccomend the crazy bread. At least at this location.

After looking at the reviews I was afraid I might get a pretty meh pizza… well I ordered online showed up right at opening and they had already made my pizza like 2 minutes ago and I’m not complaining! I swear they put together the best fricken pizza I’ve had from little ceasars. I requested my specialty pizza to be well cooked, topped with old world pep, Italian sausage, extra sauce and light cheese. They came through this thing had immaculate cheese pull and pleasurable flavor among all little Caesar pizzas I’ve had! Anyways the extra most bestest was fresh too just nowhere close to my specialty pizza. Anyways thank you staff and everyone for working to make these yummy pizzas!

Really fast service, but watch out going around lunch time. The line can be pretty long. The Pizza Portal is amazing, and works without a hitch. You order on the app and pick it up in the machine…no wait, no fuss, and it can be ready in like 15 mins or whenever you want it after that. Pro Tip: ask for cookies for your kids. They have little snack bags of pizza shaped cookies that taste like honey grams, and they free!

I ordered pizza online from this place, it took over half an hour and nothing happened so i headed to the store. They said they would have cancelled my order if I didn’t come in? Took half an hour and I finally got my food. They asked to see my order and somehow, my WHOLE ORDER was messed up. The pizza was in two separate boxes, the breadsticks had NOTHING on them. They even gave us extra fresh breadsticks because they felt bad, but literally nothing on them. I had to add parmesan cheese to the breadsticks. My pizza should’ve been half onions, and then half pepperonis and black olives. Onions was on all of the pizza, the pizza was half cold, and both halves were in two different boxes? Terrible experience.

Ordered a pizza crazy style. Got a plain pizza and when mentioned that they missed it rhe MANAGER proceeds to stomp over and says “sorry we cant give you the service you deserve everytime” while walking away and yelling it. Then when told that this wasn’t good service, he proceeded to start dumping it and yelling “is this better…. BUD”. The whole crew was EXTREMELY disrespectful, rude, and try to make us out like we were in the wrong when asking to get what we paid for.
