I brought the family here to try it out since we’ve never been here before. I made reservations for 5 and I was asked if I wanted a booth or a table. I opted for the booth thinking it would give up more room. That was a mistake, we were seated in a standard booth for 4 people with a chair at the end. We were very cramped and it wasn’t comfortable. Between all of us, we got the spaghetti carbonara, chicken limone, salmon paisano, chicken fettuccini Alfredo and cheese ravioli. All of the pasta and sauces were very good, but every the dish with chicken and salmon was dry and overcooked. The chicken looked and tasted like the pre-cooked grilled chicken strips that you buy in the frozen section at the store. It was so dry I was nearly inedible. The salmon was also overcooked and very dry. Our server was very good and attentive and made sure that all of our drinks were full and we always had fresh bread. I honestly don’t plan on going back.

We’re from NY with A Lot of Italian places to choose from. We found this place to be authentic. We had portabello basilico app which had a delicious sauce. Artichoke Florentine which was just OK. My husband had the seafood combo, he said was excellent. I had eggplant parm which was just OK. It was deep fried and kind of tough. I find it hard to get good eggplant parm here in AZ. The waiter, Steven was Excellent and friendly. I would highly recommend.

1/3/26: Baci’s is a large restaurant, plentiful parking, nice decor (but no Italian music playing, bummer), decent food, and the service was fine. There was nothing exceptional about the experience, and though will drive long distances for good food, we won’t return to Baci’s.

Cocktails: Italian Delight and Something Different. A bit overpriced but I must say the Delight was better than the lasagna.

Appetizer: we ordered the prosciutto rolatini which, in my opinion, was completely ruined by the mounds of onion. I had to scrape all that off before touching these. The complementary bread loaf we were given was very good.

Meal: lasagna & tortelloni paisano. My lasagna was drowning in marinara (I should have ordered the gnocchi). My sis enjoyed her paisano way more than I enjoyed the lasagna.

Regardless, of who liked what, we both agreed “been there, done that, no desire to return”.

The wait staff is friendly and attentive. They will check at least three times during meal to ensure you need anything,
Food is consistently excellent, fresh and ingredients are all homemade.
Our favorites include egg plant parmigiana but we love the veal dishes which are difficult to find at other places. We have been going there for 10 years and have never been disappointed. Their Chianti is wonderful, offered bottle or carafe or by glass. We no longer order carafe since we have gotten older, but their glass of wine is a generous pour. We dine outside when we bring our well behaved Standard poodle, but we call ahead to ensure there is no special event happening on the patio.

Didn’t feel like an Italian ambiance but service and food were both good. I have been trying to find good veal parmigiana. The veal Parmigiana here was tasty. Sauce was a bit bland but the parm helped. Calamari app was okay. Garlics bread was great. I would pass on that if we return here since it comes with bread gratis. A bit off but I opted for the clam chowder over salad and it was very good.

On April 23, 2025 we brought our friends and family here for our Sons Wedding Rehearsal dinner. The managers and staff from the get go were so helpful and accommodating! We decorated the private patio, had a slideshow, and enjoyed the beautiful weather. They helped with everything we asked. The food had nice large portions and was extremely delicious! The price was very fair we thought as well, due to the over the top pricing these days. Thank you staff for making our night a success!

We love Baci Italian Bistro! Been here a couple times at this location and some back when they were at their Power/Williams field location long ago. The owner is genuinely friendly and always makes time to chat with the customers and about the restaurant’s history. The staff are helpful, patient and knowledgeable every time and most importantly, have enough staff to manage all the large and medium groups that frequent the restaurant. There are always super helpful younger staff helping out with busing tables and even packing up leftovers for you which is rare these days. We never feel rushed here. The menu is plentiful and offers just about every Italian American favorite you can think of paired with your choice of their house made pastas. Every thing I’ve ordered here has not only been delicious and carefully prepared but insanely generous in portion size. A side of pasta is a meal in itself so be prepared to share or bring food home. This place is a rare find that doesn’t cut corners in their ingredients, portions, or service. It’s always a treat to visit Baci as I know the meal will be memorable.

The best part is the hot, fresh bread that keeps coming without requesting it. First time dining here so not sure if that’s the way it is or that was our waitress, but I love bread.

Food was very good, some of the best Italian I’ve ever had. Service was a little slow for my taste but wasn’t bad at all. Restaurant was very busy. Not the best place is you’re looking for a quiet romantic dinner.

Would definitely recommend and eat here again.

My husband and I decided to try this place out and overall, we were pleased. They offer a nice Happy Hour pricing on a couple of their appetizers as well as beer/wine and well drinks. We liked the ambiance and the service was good as well. The entrees were tasty and the portions were large (I was surprised with the abundance of seafood served with my dish). Very reasonable prices for both the food and drinks. The only negative was that our Caesar salads were drenched in dressing (otherwise they would have been delicious).
