Our server Chris was excellent. Kept the pace of the meal perfect. Even when the kitchen messed up our steak order he corrected it immediately. Made everything perfect. I was supposed to have 16 oz ribeye rare. Wife was to have medium petite fillet medium. Hers was rare and mine was medium. Chris handled it like a pro. Drinks were expertly made. Would definitely return. The steaks were excellent. Just wish you had a cigar lounge or area to smoke after such a grand meal.

The rooftop setting is absolutely breathtaking, with an atmosphere that makes the night feel truly special. Top notch restaurant according to most reviewers. Our 1st time here at this location. Our 2nd time at a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Regardless of our reservation, we still waited for 30 minutes to be seated. Service was slow. I was disappointed in the menu. I asked the server if I could get a 6oz file and was told no. A side note: a 6 oz is offered with the surf and turf combinations but not without seafood. I order steak well done, therefore I didn’t want to order more than I would eat bc reheating it would make it dry. I’m not trying to dehydrate my steak into jerky, do you feel me? We ordered crab cake for the appetizer so I just said i would wait yo see ig i was still hungry after eating the appetizer. I have to say, it was flavorful despite it looked dry. I asked for some remoulade sauce to go with it. That’s exactly what it needed. My husband ordered a ribeye steak with a wedge salad. He said the salad was probably in his top 3 salads! The presentation was eye catching to say the least. I was still hungry after the appetizer but instead of a main entree, I skipped straight to the dessert! Chocolate cake was large enough for 2. However, my husband didn’t want any so I had to take the rest home with me.

But when u walk all around the square terrace, you can hear the buzzing of the busy interstate and see blacktop for miles. I wasn’t impressed with the view or the experience. Very disappointing bc the evening wasn’t exquisite as I had hoped for.

Kyle and Molina were AMAZING and they took care of us like no other restaurant. They made our anniversary special and we will definitely be back. We had the stuffed chicken, filet, brussel sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes and it was all a chefs kiss, period. Simply wonderful and thank you !

Took the Mrs out for her Birthday dinner. We both had the three course special. I selected the Steakhouse salad, mashed potatoes and strip steak cooked medium. The Mrs opted for the salad, Brussel Sprouts and medium well steak with grilled shrimp. Everything was good but her steak was more toward the well done side, she didn’t complain because it was her birthday and she didnt want to mess anything up. Her shrimp was fantastic . The cheese cake desserts were really good.

My boyfriend and I decided to start off the new year right and celebrate his birthday at the Ruth’s Chris in Louisville. Our server, Bryan was extremely personable, quirky, and attentive. This guy was seriously awesome with his recommendations as well as his attention to detail. We shared a wedge salad and spicy shrimp to start. Shrimp was amazing. We shared the porterhouse for 2 which was also delicious, especially the filet mignon. I do wish we both would’ve got the filet but we left feeling completely satisfied and not so full that we couldn’t walk out of the restaurant. There was a beautiful sunset that evening and access to a sky deck by the bar. I personally have not had quality dining service in a long time as a bartender myself so we appreciate Mr. Bryan for making our experience from Cincinnati worth while!
