Bacari GDL is a Venetian-inspired small plates restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced dishes by Chef Lior Hillel. We are the 3rd restaurant of Kronfli Brothers, a family-owned, growing group of restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Alongside our delicious tapas, we offer a rotating curation of small-production wines and eclectic beers, unique craft cocktails & mocktails, and we are also known for our one-of-a-kind 90-minute open bar special. We welcome but do not require reservations — we love to accommodate walk-ins and large parties, even on busy nights. Bacari GDL is the go-to spot for our neighbors, and we look forward to hosting you soon!

We tried the flat iron steak, pork chop, tripoline pasta, and brussels sprouts, and every single dish was amazing. Every bite was phenomenal and made the whole experience even better. Our server Anibal was so kind and friendly, too! We ended our meal with the bread putting 10/10! Will definitely be dreaming of it until next time. Can’t wait to come back when we visit LA again.

We had a three course meal during LA restaurant week and wow this spot is divine. I can’t wait to come again! I my partner, and I shared every single course and so I can confirm the taste is spectacular throughout ✨ and after you eat, go behind the restaurant because there is an incredible park full of amazing shops and a water show ✨ plus, I also used valet – they actually washed and vacuumed the interior for an excellent price!

The food at Bacari was truly delicious – every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. However, the pacing of the service could be improved. We were told that the dishes would be served one by one, but instead most of them came out at the same time. As a result, by the time we got to the later dishes, they had already gone cold. It would have been a much better experience if the courses had been spaced out as originally promised.

Ordered the Brussel Sprouts and Salmon for myself and both were delicious. This place offers smaller plates perfect for sharing and trying multiple options. Service was great and the food was amazing!

Loved the experience here and it’s largely gonna be because of our server, Bailey. The food is great and the place is pretty though!
The spicy bacarita was yummy. We enjoyed everything we ordered: sea bass, pork belly, apple Brie pizza, steak, and the chocolate cake w/ ice cream.
It was an additionally great experience because Bailey was very knowledgable and anticipated things we didn’t consider so our ordering and our meal was a completely smooth ride. We left full and happy and forgot to take a picture together because we were just on a high.
One star off on atmosphere that really isn’t Bacardi’s fault but while the outdoor seating was pretty and cozy, the street sounds got kinda intense.

Phenomenal experience. The pork chop was the best pork chop we’ve ever had, hummus set was amazing – pita bread was the best – never seen a pita bread that was puffed up! The sea bass was great. Austin (who’s not from Texas) was so excellent and so wonderful. Every rec he gave was really the best and we can’t wait to come again. 100/10 recommend this spot hehe

We went before a show at the Alex theatre and everything we had was delish!
We eat a lot and ordered the watermelon salad, beet salad, octopus, beef pita, sirloin steak …. we were still hungry so we then ordered the shawarma tacos and glazed pork belly.
There were two of us and we polished everything off and had room for desert! We got the pistachio desert (don’t remember the name) and it was really good.
Would definitely come back if we come by this area again.

The best place to enjoy the ambiance and food. Go here with your loved one or by yourself, it will not disappoint you. Our server, Madison, was the sweetest and she took care of us very well. Very welcoming staff. Okay enough about the amazing staff, the food here is mind blowing as well. Like every dish that we ordered turned out to be just mouth watering. I never knew foodgasm until I felt it today. Definitely try the stuffed mushroom, apple and Brie pizza. The drinks were great too. A little overpriced but I guess it’s worth it!?
