I’ve had a lot of chicken fried chicken in my life, but this was on another level — the most tender, juicy chicken fried chicken I’ve ever had. The breading was perfectly crispy without being greasy, and the seasoning hit just right.
The sides were just as good — hearty, comforting, and full of flavor (you can tell they make everything from scratch). The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff made me feel right at home.

I will not be going back. We stopped in for breakfast and it took them almost an hour to bring our food. The waiter gave an excuse that was unclear something about a lot of people but the place was not full so not sure what the real reason was. After about 45 minutes of waiting they came out to tell us they were out of tortillas and would it be okay to just put the breakfast burrito in a bowl which my grandson said would be fine. When they finally brought the food they brought everything but my meal which was just pancakes. It took another 10 minutes just to get those. One of the other meals was supposed to come with hash browns and the substituted potato chunks instead. We were not even offered a discount for all the waiting and substituting of the food. Was not impressed with the food to be so high priced.

Went for breakfast this morning, I got the chicken fried steak and eggs and it was delicious!! Fresh eggs and the toast were so good as well. My friend got the omelette and said it was really good. We shared French toast which was also amazing. It was very affordable. Everyone was friendly and we even got to watch the hummingbirds on the feeder outside the window. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Beans n’ May hold the title for best restauraunt in the local area. The food comes in generous proportions with reliable and consistent quality. I appreciate the friendly service from everyone in the store. Please stop in if you’re ever nearby. You wont be dissapointed

Service was great! Our group all had same choices! Chicken fried steak or fried catfish. Chicken fried steaks were big good flavor. The fried okra was delicious. I got the fried catfish & it was on the crispy burnt side. The old oil taste was strong. Overall it was food. The salad bar was good, there was a lot of brown soggy lettuce. Coleslaw was delicious.

Not sure where to begin. Walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and shown to my table. Waiter (Levi) got my drink order and asked if I had any questions. Ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. And just to say the plate looked amazing. And tasted even better. Absolutely would recommend this place to everyone I know!

They tried to charge us for my tea which was supposed to come with the special, then they charged us an additional $.60 on the special and tried to say it was the credit card fee, which was added at the end of the ticket. So, does that mean the credit card fee is added to the food and theb again to the total.

This place has amazing service, super friendly and welcoming. The fried catfish and chicken fried steak are delicious. Not a fan of the coleslaw, but that is just preference. We will be back!

I had the pleasure of stopping in this morning and was immediatley greeted and sat. I have to admit I was the only one in there as I arrived soon after they opened on the way to a job. I had the most enjoyable conversation with the waitress and the food was super good. I love to eat breakfast out and if I lived closer I would eat here every morning!
