Reviews
The food was delicious and offered at a very reasonable price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and took the time to explain each dish to us, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our experience.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy authentic and flavorful cuisine, and we will definitely be returning for more
I got the lamb shawarma, and my friend got the chicken shawarma with pita and hummus.
I’m not a huge fan of hummus, but this was freshly made and so good. The pitas were hot and fresh.
It took about 10-15 minutes at most for our meals to be cooked and delivered out to us.
Was very filling and we each took half of our food back to the hotel with us for snacks later.
10/10 will be going back when I’m in GR area again.
I ordered the chicken shawarma, and it was honestly a 10/10. The flavors were amazing, perfectly seasoned, and everything tasted fresh and well made. It’s the kind of meal that leaves you already thinking about when you’re going to come back.
Overall, such a pleasant atmosphere with genuinely good food and great people. I highly recommend Babylon Kitchen if you’re looking for something delicious and made with care
We want to return to try the Leo’s Chicken, which is roasted from scratch, so it takes 40 minutes.
If you’re craving bold Mediterranean flavors with a healthy twist, run (don’t walk) to Babylon Kitchen! I ordered the Iraqi Kabob ($22.99), and it was a total flavor bomb. The ground beef-lamb mix was juicy and perfectly seasoned, nestled in warm saj bread and topped with onion, sumac, parsley, and their creamy iskender sauce; an incredible blend of savory and tangy.
The plate came with vibrant yellow saffron rice and fragrant vermicelli rice, plus pickled turnips and Arabic pickles for that perfect punch of acidity. The side of hummus was smooth, rich, and topped with chickpeas and spices, one of the best I’ve had!
Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was incredibly welcoming and friendly. You can feel the warmth as soon as you walk in. The bright blue and gold wall design adds a unique, eye-catching touch to the space, making the whole dining experience feel inviting and authentic.
Everything tasted fresh, healthy, and made with care. The portion was generous, and the flavors were unforgettable. If you’re into Mediterranean cuisine, this spot is a hidden gem worth every penny. Highly recommend!
