I’m being very generous with the stars… service and atmosphere are 4 stars. Food is a solid 3.75 stars. Need more on the menu. The staffing that works there is what makes this place very good. Especially this guy at the Seaside bar and grill. He made our stay great.

No clue why this place has such a high rating everything was 2-3 stars at best. Ceviche was decent at best. Enchiladas were super dry tasted like they came out of a microwave dinner. Fajita meat was ok the beans were cold. The old fashioned wasn’t great either. The live music was a nice relaxing touch. The ice cream Sunday was a scoop of vanilla ice cream with Hershey syrup for $12

My wife and I came last minute to the Holiday Inn and then decided to have an early dinner at Azul Ocean Grill & Spirits which we found inside by the Lobby. Extremely clean, loved the service and the food was extremely delicious. Roberto and Sofia were our servers and were GENUINELY friendly and helpful. Not that fake smile courteous. So much so that we immediately sent text messages and pictures recommending it to family and friends. Would confidently return. Thank you Roberto and Sofia.

We ordered tacos and fajitas. Both meals were cold, not even warm like the meat was sitting out all day. Took about an hour to get the food and at least 30min to get check, was there over 2 hours. Service was very slow but the gentleman was friendly. We had high hopes considering the reviews were fairly high. Would not go back.

I arrived about 8:30 PM on a Monday night. There were quite a few people in the restaurant and bar area. It took quite a while to be seated and then sometime to have my order taken. It was hard to understand the waitress because of the loud live music and she was a petite young girl with a soft voice, and probably not very comfortable in English. She seemed to be harried And perhaps an experienced. She never delivered any water or the beverage I ordered until I caught her attention quite a while later. The other waiter delivered my meal and there were no utensils on the table. The same thing happened to the person two tables away, and he had to go looking for cutlery. The second waiter did ask if I had ordered a beverage and I told him yes, and that the first waitress went off to get it. She came back while he was there with the water and he asked me about the drink and I told him what I ordered and he said they had run out of that beer on draft And he quickly came back with my second choice. I ordered shrimp fajitas and they arrived at room temperature with the refried beans may be a little cooler than room temperature. There was not much flavor to them. The dinner certainly was not worth anywhere near the cost, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant based on this experience
