Niurka was our waitress, she was great with terrific sense of humor and extremely polite. Actually the entire staff was very helpful and fast. Their menu is full of delicious choices and I think I hit pay dirt ordering their fajitas. Best I’ve ever had AND they were HOT!! Plenty of food, possibly enough for two but I wasn’t sharing. Their Margaritas are very tasteful and good size. Highly recommend this restaurant, although we were seated right away I understand that they get filled up. They are a bit hard to find and that may not be a bad thing, share it only with close friends. Enjoy and have a Margarita for me. While you’re at it say hi to Niurka for me!!

Sun Principe

Awesome Margaritas and Tacos! A hidden gem on the beach. The food is excellent and the service at the bar is 5 Star. Go see Roger and tell him that Sun sent you. They have really good happy hour specials so check them out early. The menu is very Tex-Mex but it’s not generic like some other places in town it’s actually quite good. Also take note that the owners are Cuban and they could possibly be running a Cuban specialty. Do ask about this because they were offering a beautiful pork black bean and yucca dish the night that I visited. If I had not had My Mind Set On the tacos I definitely would have ordered the Cuban food. Fortunately they were willing to sell me a side dish of the Cuban Yucca and that was absolutely delicious. I also had a chili relleno which I thought was excellent. I was there celebrating a friend’s birthday and they surprised her with a beautiful sopapillas and ice cream dish. As well as all of the birthday fanfare and singing that went with it. This is a great place to celebrate a birthday. I need to get back there and check out the rest of the big menu so this is just an initial review but I will update as I try different dishes. If anyone from the staff is reading this y’all are doing a great job. Thank you

Food was great. No issues but when we went to pay they took the credit card and walked away with it for over five minutes. When we went to find out why it was taking so long three staff were huddled around the machine not knowing what to do with it and the friendliness disappeared. The bartender was giving the nasty stare as if we do something wrong. Can’t believe restaurants don’t all have portable payment machines that they can bring to the table. In today’s society no one likes to have their credit card taken from
Them out of view. We Ended up paying with cash.
Side note – Our credit card is valid and worked everywhere else we went to in Cocoa Beach and the rest of our trip. Your restaurant has to modernize your POS equipment. And After your rude reply to our valid concern- we definitely wont be back.

Enjoyed our dinner – the atmosphere was festive and service was friendly. Our meal was serviced hot. It was enjoyable.
The mango margaritas were delicious!
We had two pitchers frozen and that was the highlight of the meal.
Causal and relaxed atmosphere allowed us to visit and enjoy our drinks.
We stayed in the hotel and the location was a convenience. That was very nice.
They honored CoVid requirements and that was comforting for our stay.

Great restaurant, but confusing to find. It’s inside “The Resort on Cocoa Beach”. The staff was great and accomodating. We enjoyed the combination fajita with steak, chicken, and shrimp. Only concern was we purchased the fajita for 2pp and the serving was really for 1. We compared fajita to our friends dish for 1 it was the same portion. Do not recommend to purchase fajita for 2, it’s much more money and same portion. Purchase individually so you can enjoy. Tamale was good but also the smallest tamale I have ever eaten. Food was great, highly recommend when in Cocoa Beach.

Place had great drinks, great food, and the barkeep (Randon) was super friendly. We went shortly after they opened and were the only patrons, everything was served quickly. We got two Patron Margs and a tequila sunrise, the drinks were delicious, and they didn’t skimp on the tequila. We took the food to go, and were surprised at the weight of the food. Got back to our condo and it was all delicious! Highly recommend!

The fajitas and chips and salsa were great. My guest didnt like the seafood nachos and the cheese sauce was a little weak. The buy one get one free happy hour is great! Tortillas tasted freshly made.

This family run business is hospitality at it’s best Azteca ll is the warm welcoming place you go to get fresh chips, daily specials and consistently good Tex-mex. They offer an outstanding Cuban special dinner menu on Thursday nights. Best bar for watching all of your sports events and of course football(both soccer and NFL), date night, solo night out, family gatherings, whatever you need they will accommodate you. As with any restaurant calling ahead for large parties is a good habit to be curtious and give the establishment a chance to set up for it.
In case you didn’t pick up on it they are a family favorite for us.
